Hello Leaders, We wanted to update you about our emergency maintenance that started on 8/18. First, we are truly sorry for the unexpected maintenance. Our goal is always to protect our community. At times this means making a tough decision. Yesterday, we started to see widespread account corruption that required us to bring the game into maintenance to prevent further accounts from being affected. We felt it was better to be proactive in stemming the damage, rather than to attempt to fix accounts as the damage was occurring. In addition to the efforts of our team to correct the cause of the corruption, we also created a fix for affected accounts. We understand that outages like this are very frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the down time. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we strive to improve, and communicate events like this to our community as efficiently as possible.
