This is how nexon works.... I send a ticket for my village swap, 1 reply :"we will fix you asap and contact you when we are finished", then 8 weeks later a mail "we didnt hear from you so we assume it is fixed", my reply :"you have not done anything, no fix no compensation, problem is stll the same".... Then after a post on the forum (seems to work better for quick response then cs-mail) I got a mail from Tara, saying :" They can try to dig in a backup to get me my old village back, or compensate me with (not mentioned how many) crowns" ..... I replied, " Either my old village with 1m. Of crowns, or leave it and just give me a million in crowns for the lost 3 months".... Thats been a week now, and I am still waiting,.....Nothing ! No mail no fix no compensation, they just ignore it,
