Village Swapped!

I got my village swapped for 5 minutes ago! Got a responce 2 minutes after that says I cant have it back because of some upgrade... This just a day after I reported a cheater and had to give them (Nexon) my player ID :/ this feels pretty strange :/ Please fix this!

YOu stopped answer me when I said I didn´t accept CROWNS and another base you looked nearly like my old one!! :/

I don't understand how it works. Some players here have thier bases fixed in a day other people have to beg and it might or might not get fixed. One of the top players in our alliance had his village swapped. He sent them a pic of his base and they made him a random base with nothing at the current level he had it at. Then they gave him 2000 crowns as compensation for a base that was significantly weaker than his previous one. It set him back months of work and they didn't even try to fix his problem. While some guys here get thier exact same base right away. I'm not sure who they decide to help and who they choose to blow off.

Its bin month and month of looting and fighting... Its so frustratin that I consider quiting this game althou I love the game

Please understand that fixes are not the same for every account. There are several different variables involved and each account must be assessed on a case by case basis.
We do not make decisions as to whether or not a player is helped, some data simply cannot be retrieved correctly and the issue has to be resolved in a different way.

I send a ticket for my village swap, 1 reply :"we will fix you asap and contact you when we are finished", then 8 weeks later a mail "we didnt hear from you so we assume it is fixed", my reply :"you have not done anything, no fix no compensation, problem is stll the same".... Then after a post on the forum (seems to work better for quick response then cs-mail) I got a mail from Tara, saying :" They can try to dig in a backup to get me my old village back, or compensate me with (not mentioned how many) crowns" ..... I replied, " Either my old village with 1m. Of crowns, or leave it and just give me a million in crowns for the lost 3 months".... Thats been a week now, and I am still waiting,.....Nothing ! No mail no fix no compensation, they just ignore it,

I understand your frustration, but you also have to understand customer service must follow internal protocols. Asking for 1 million crowns is not a very reasonable demand, unfortunately.

Dude, you demanded between $8,000 and $9,000 dollars worth of crowns. Of course they ignored you, you don't reasonable.

Offering an undetermined amount is just as unreasonable imo, so when they offered me free crowns, I just gave them an answer. I ve read from other users they got 1000-2000 crowns, thats even as unreasonable, and a slap in your face for something they broke. Give me a number, or even better answer the god damn email with a number of crowns that you think is reasonable. Imo, ive done medieval twice,how many crowns does that cost ?

They also have to reset the cost of forrest chopping, cause im on a ridicioulous small playing field, but paying 1.3 mil already for a forrest chop, which should be 300k, that makes the 1 mil. Also less unreasonable, dont you think ?
Till now, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE !!!! Only freaking excuses, but Im quite fed up with those.... Promises and excuses thats all i got , and Im being unreasonable ??????

Your demand is unreasonable..Among all the players, I was able to experience almost all the issues on this game but i never demanded for 1 million crowns. village swap is one of those issues and they only gave me 1200 crowns as compensation which is a slap on to my face but i got tired and moved on. Your demand is crazy..even hackers doesnt give 1 million positive crowns. Hackers gave me 1 billion crowns but it was set to negative after few seconds.You should find a crazy company that will give you that.

Ofcourse its unreasonable, but I didnt demand anything, they suggested crowns, I just set a number to it. Its up to nexon to give me a real proposel, but instead its dead silent again. Which does not surprise me its been dead silent since the time I reported the village swap, except for the 3 mails, 1st: we are going to fix it, 2nd: we havnt heared from you so everything is fine, 3thrd: we can throw you back your old village or let you keep this one with a not be mentioned amount of crowns. And after that it is dead quiet again...
