Hi there, according to the sticky it says that the issue with not getting war loot has been resolved, however, it's been about two hours since the war we were in ended and I didn't get any loot in my command post. I actually wasn't aware this was even a bug until I looked it up on the forums. Does anyone have a fix for this? Has anyone experienced the same issue since the sticky has been updated as it had been fixed?

I wasn't affected by this bug and now I finally experienced it. It's been 5 hours since war ended and I didn't receive my war loot. I try reloading game with wifi and non wifi, and restarting my phone too. Loot didn't show up. I contacted CS twice and they send me back a generic message that didn't even try to resolve my issue.

This has happened to me a few times now and it has just happened again today (3rd time in 3 weeks). Please fix this and respond to customer emails when they contact you if you want us to keep paying you to play this game.
After long back and fourth messaging asking what they were going to do and how were they going to compensate me for my loss they kept sending me generic cut and paste messages assuring me they are investigating this but long story short they practically told me I wasn't going to get the loot and closed the report. I almost wanted to reopen the ticket and submit another one but decided against it. They are lucky they didn't ask me to rate them in the ticket conversation otherwise I would have had a lot of unkind words for them in the review...perhaps that is why they didn't ask me to rate them, they knew they would have gotten a bad reaponse. This bug is still not fixed as one of my alliance members just had it happen as well. Until bugs like this get fixed I refuse to pay even a single dime for a game that's broken and has terrible customer service.

Similar problem here, although not nearly as idiotic as not getting your loot. I received a message saying 202k food and gold from last war. I checked cp, and there's only 191k there. What's with my stored loot decreasing?
The first place I looked was command post which is where I go to collect it when we usually win or lose...it wasn't there and I'm not the only one this happened to. They shouldn't claim that missing war loot is fixed when it isn't. Some of my alliance members experienced it and I can clearly see this is happening to others as well.

Attackers can take command post loot, 10% I think it is. So if you get attacked and your command post get's hit, you'll lose loot.

So now it looks like I am receiving every other war loot. Missed the loot from the Wednesday war, but got the one from the Saturday war. Yay 50% !
There's a theory one of my alliance members came up with which makes sense but it did not happen to me as I wasn't at max capacity or near max capacity for both gold and food but it's still possible this could be happening because people are at max resources or close to it and collecting any resources that's potentially over the max amount you can have could be causing the game to error. Hopefully the devs will take a look at this since it's an ongoing issue...you would think they would fix it in the patch that came out today -.-

Exact same problem here. Two wars in a row with nothing to show for in the end.The loot is there each time indicated. But just can't cash in. Customer service said they couldn't compensate to be fair to all the other players experiencing this problem. So there's many of us I guess ? They couldn't give me a time Line for the eventual fix either just so I don't waste more time. Pretty frustrating.

come on Nexon can you fix this,,,,,one of my Alliance members has received no War loot from her last 2 wars, please compensate her, no more generic messages please

This happened to me 2nd time already, even after the update. I didn't get my war loot and tried to contact CS and they gave me a generic response without doing anything to help. One possibility I can think of is I opened my game after the war ended on a slow wi-fi connection at work. Went inside to see the War screen has gone to the "No War" status instead of the regular End War Summary. The game design needs to be better.

We just won our war and no one in my alliance got war loot. Looks like its a widespread issue and it's getting serious. So frustrating this is the 3rd time happened to me. Ironangel
