War Loot Still Not Fixed

Hi there, according to the sticky it says that the issue with not getting war loot has been resolved, however, it's been about two hours since the war we were in ended and I didn't get any loot in my command post. I actually wasn't aware this was even a bug until I looked it up on the forums. Does anyone have a fix for this? Has anyone experienced the same issue since the sticky has been updated as it had been fixed?

They gave me a little over 1,200 crowns to compensate the loot loss....that still won't fix the loot issue though because loot is still stuck at my command post >.

Same issue here. Just over 360k of both food and gold and nothing but generic responses.

Wrong. It never got fixed and you never compensated. I have been impacted now 5 wars and sent you all a half dozen messages. Please stop acting like your customer service is active because it isn't.

Funny looks like Nexon deletes posts they don't like. 6 wars now with no loot or lower then earned was given. Multiple messages to devs and same BS canned response. This dev is on my never trust again list.

The team is still looking into this issue. They had hoped the update would have fixed the loot issue, though it seems there are still some remaining. We hope to have a solution soon!

Thanks for letting us know you are still working on the issue.

In the mean time some wars pay off loot for me and some don't. Having lost quite some loot is really frustrating.

I'm really hoping you'll find the issue soon. Haven't heard back from Support on my input so I guess we'll have to be really patient.

Is it planned to give missed out loot back to players? Or is this impossible to track for you?

It is the 4th time that I didn't get my war loot. This time I was raiding with only 5 minutes of war left, and I was changing my base layout. I log in and out and get back in to see war result, and no war loot. Seems like you shouldn't be in game when the war ends in the last 5 minutes, and don't change base layout because it messes up the war loot coding or something. This happened to me during the dojo event, the dojo appeared in my base which is considered a change in my base. I reported this to CS already.

I can concur. First Time this happened to me it was within the final minutes of the ongoing war. So there is possibly a starting point for tracking down the error?
