Watch towers after update

Sorry if this is already here but couldn't see anything.

Noticed in the update the library upgrade changed from increast the number of towers by 1-3 to increase hp by 10%-30%. I had done the first level of this so was on 4 towers prior to the update. After the update I still have 4 towers but no where to gain the final 2.

It appears those who already did the upgrades prior to this update will have 6 towers while those who didn't will have 3, this gives players with 6 towers a huge advantage over new players that come and will only ever be able to get 3 towers

When did this happen? I upgraded that weeks ago and have 5 towers.

May I know where is this listed in the Library or the change log?

Lol what are you talking about? There's no change at tower's upgrade in library so there still goes the level 1: Increase tower limit by 1, level 2: Increase tower health by 10% and level 3: Increase tower attack by 10% and nothing's change at all..

Yeah, the library only grants 1 extra tower, not 3, and did so before this patch as well. No change was made.
