Look at all the nations listed in the embassy. They're all nations that so many fans requested ACTUALLY be put into the game... Just measly stat bonuses, tucked away in some worthless building. Sad.

Guess I won't be needing these crowns, for a revolution, anytime this year. At least they fixed the bugs and core problems with the game, though. Phew.

I'm surprised they put USA as an embassy nation instead of a playable one.

I assume one of the reasons they released Korea as a new nation back then was to tap into the Asian market. Seeing as this game is competing with CoC (which is seemingly big in the US), it would make financial sense to release USA as a new nation as well sometime in the future.

So I wouldn't be too sad about it if I were you. Money talks. They'll make it work somehow to shoehorn modern USA into the Iron Age - hopefully BHG and Nexon won't do something crass like making their unique units turn from Cherokee warriors into marines.

Dominations competing with CoC? :p:p:p ROLF don't make my laugh, they have had it chance since game release, more than a year, at the weakest CoC year of it's history... And still as of today, CoC is 20-30 times bigger than Dominations, just figures. Let's affront it, Dominations will never compete with CoC in terms of power... Could have been, now it's not going to be ever.

Only games competing with CoC are Clash Royale, same company, and Game of War, which honestly looks like a suck of a game, worst than both CoC and Domi, but... They have Kate's Upton bobs as ads, that seems to be working very well for the US market ;)

I'm again going to spoil you all (furthermore) your party, but I think it's time to affront the truth: Dominations is in survival mode. Devs can't fix the current major issues, that is a sign they don't have / aren't investing enogh money in servers + infrastructure, I think we all would be REAL surprised if we found out how many devs actually work on Dominations... I would say number is pretty small.

They can't afford either adding new civilizations, seems, if they are finally dropping USA as a nations, that's says so much immo... Situation worse even of what I expected, all I say about how a disaster Global has been, seems it's real showing in number of players and revenue...

Enjoy while you can. But things look bad. I really think Dominations is at its weakest level of all its lifetime. And it's only been a year... No way the way Nexon is working this game, that they are gonna hold like 4 years CoC or many other games... This is a short term project seems. When revenue keeps still lowering, Nexon will rush Atomic release, same way they rushed Global Age, when average player was not demanding it, just to milk once more big fishes... At that's all.

Good luck the ones you are still dellusional about Dominations, I'm not anymore, this update really shows me they are not all thinking in changing any of the multiple game basics wrong now, will just keep this way until the end...

By the way, that USA only existed after Enl Age is a very poor argument to not add it. Civilizations 5 has an United States civilization. It's a game, we will all understand it, Greece nowadays it's nothing of the glorious empire it was during Alexander one, still we have it as a Global Age civ... Affront. That's only an argument of Nexon of hide the truth they don't have the technical means to add more Civilizations because economic situation is bad...

I'm still enjoying the game. I think when you compare the state of the game now to where it was when it was released is like night and day. yes there are still issues but I'm sure they'll get around to it.

Quite the rant there. Almost Ethics-like.

All I'm reading is conjecture and hyperbole on your part. Personally, I am enjoying the game, but I'm not blind to its faults. So yes, I'll enjoy it while I can, but I'm prepared to walk away if things start to get ridiculous, and in my opinion that hasn't happened yet.

It's still a good game.

Buahahahaha......Nauru don't even have a standing arm forces.
Their army consist of a president with a sat phone to call on the Australian troops for help.
And later you can upgrade for a longer antenna for better reception....buahahaha

What about Grenada? Our glorious (senile?) leader actually thought they were worth invading, so obviously a nation of great geo-political significance....

This update was weeks, maybe even months, in the making. To not release it would've been a waste of resources. So the fact that it was released while there are still other issues doesn't mean the other issues will never go away - it will take some time.

I hope your assessment is incorrect, BUT... it sounds highly plausible, and would certainly explain why so much focus is on adding "get rich quick" special events and package deals.

BECAUSE my thinking is that this game could give Clash of Clans a real run for its money IF and ONLY IF they addressed the fundamental issues, invested in servers powerful enough to handle the demands, and tweaked the features that would truly improve users' experience.
Won't we all have egg on our collective faces when Nexon finally rolls out an update that fixes the bugs and improves their servers - as well as giving the Greeks a much needed kick in the economy ??!!
Hey - it could happen!!!

I'm not holding my breath ...... but it could happen ....
