world war attack log issues and missing loot bonus

There is an issue with the world war function in the game, my clan has used all its attacks as shown on the war report, but 5 of the battles are not shown under alliance tab. One of mine is affected and I am missing my war loot for that battle. What can I do? My clan has said that everyone must use both attacks in war and if this issue continues to happen, we cant find out who is skipping attacks and who isn't. Honestly, my main concern is not getting rewarded for my efforts. I'm having a hard time justifying my time spent playing if this continues to be a problem.

I'm having the same issue. I attacked, got 5 stars, saw the 5 stars in the report, left the app. When I entered the app again, the stars were gone and I it said I had 1 attack remaining. Please help / fix

of the three World Wars our Alliance has made, what we now are calling the battle glitch, has occurred in every war.
A player is deemed to have fought a battle but is not given the win or loss, showing 1 battle result, but no battles left.

In the last war our opponent experienced 4 such glitches and arguably lost because of it this has to get fixed fast!
