The 4.6 patch notes list 0/0 request bug is fixed, but that's not the case. I have had this happen twice since the patch. When this happens, your troop request cannot be filled by alliance members and you must wait (or use crowns) to request again to get any troops. I sent CS a ticket including a screenshot of 0/0, but of course they just sent a robot reply that I need to reinstall the game, blah blah blah. That's their solution to every problem...reload the game. They never take responsibility for their own game.
Bravo for fixing the >100% war bug Nexon. But the chat and request bugs are still huge and not fixed. Please focus on these next. Missing chat messages really hurt coordination. And when you have to spend 40 minutes waiting for troop requests because of a bug, it really sucks.
