UPDATE -- 5/4/2015: We've completed game account restores for those players affected by negative Crown amounts. If you are experiencing otherwise, please reach out to us using any one of the below methods. Thank you!

As a result of the the two server maintenances today, certain accounts were impacted and now display negative crowns. If you're an affected account, please reach out and contact Customer Support via the method below:

Submit a support request by sending us an in-game Customer Support ticket: Settings > Customer Service > Report Issue

If you're posting in these forums regarding your negative crown amounts, please include your player ID (found in the Settings > Customer Service window) and ensure you report the issue using the in-game Customer Support flow so we can properly track and fix your account.

lost crowns and got kciked out of alliance but ofc i am still listed...
idc about the medals!

(1) I went to -687 crowns from +687 crowns.
(2) Although I am still showing as Council member of my Alliance in the Alliance list, I have no access to my Alliance - I cannot get troops or see the Alliance Chat.
(3) I went from 467(approximately) Crowns to 200.

PUHLEASE, DON'T TELL ME I HAVE TO EARN MY CROWNS BACK.
IF I AM NOT MADE WHOLE WITH THE CROWNS I HAVE LOST, AND EARNED, AND THE MEDALS I LOST, I AM OUT OF HERE.
I WILL JOIN THE CROWD PETITIONING APPLE FOR IN-APP PURCHASES.
It's been bad enough continuing to play without Alliance help and Crowns...

I can't seem to find my id#. Player name Dracoria. I lost crowns and it disbanded my Alliance. As the leader I am out 50000 Gold

I have email you 3 times already you said you going to get back at me but I haven't got my crowns restored and also I cant rejoin back to my alliance it says I'm already on it but I'm not.

I have already sent a support ticket, but since I want this rectified asap or I will be asking for a refund, I'm posting here too. Player ID: 3407775 Negative crowns (-1195, should be around 10) Lost around 430 medals (should be 697, right now is showing as 264) No longer have access to my alliance. Please return both my crowns AND medals.

I noticed in several of your responses that you say Crowns are restored but Medals have to be earned back!
It would seem to me it's simply a matter of updating a player's profile with the correct data (from before the error occurred).
I get a bit of programming needs to be fixed, but I am sure there is a record of each Players progress through the game to fall back on, no?

Please refund or give me back all my crowns because somehow I have a negative balance of -830 and I have lost my own alliance that I bought and paid for and created myself, how is this possible, what else has gone that I haven't yet noticed. This is not a good start to this game, I was enjoying it up till now Player ID 4202017
