Acknowledge video rewards problem

When will you recognize that there is an issue with the video rewards and video retrain Since the upgrade nothing has worked

Hi all
you may have noticed when the video does run, there is a Vungle sound play in the background, run by vungle
i contacted Vungle and they kindly contacted dominations to solve the issue

Hello Vincent,

The only way we can assist, is to let the publisher know they are running an older sdk, which would help this situation with Dominations.
I have updated the Account Manager to let the Publisher know we have a player of the application of the application reach out.
Do let me know if you have any additional questions or I can close out this ticket.

Thank god someone else is reporting this ... I messaged support in-game and all I got was the standard robo-reply to clear my cache ... etc. etc.

My response to support after the 2nd time telling me it wasn't their fault and to take it up with bighugegames' 3rd party ad contractor:

"Sorry for the “inconvenience” but I don’t have a contract with your Advertiser contract, Bighugegames does.
My contract is with you. I click on the ad button, you pay the award.
I clicked. You cheated me.
Your code should have trap for errors and pay out the award because I’m laboring free of charge doing all this clicking, waiting, responding and putting up with this pointless communication.

Pay what you owe. Pass that through to the big decision makers.

As previously mentioned, these ads are handled by a separate entity, a company called ironSource. ironSource requires that players contact them directly regarding these issues, as they have their own support team which will investigate and replies to you.

Although we are a separate entity from the ironSource Customer Support Team, we can assure you that they review every inquiry received.

Also has issues with video awards and video retrain on android after last uograde. Yesterday and today I can not run any video, as the button is marked grey. I think this issue related to cache service of this game, as sometimes I could watch video after running battle replay - maybe this event made cache refreshes some data. But now battle replays also can not help to make video aviable. This is very annoying thing.
