Add a barrack boost function that we can spend crowns on

I don't spend crowns on much because I don't view anything to be worth the cost of crowns. This included just using crowns to build 1 army, colossal waste of time and money IMO. HOWEVER in Clash of Clans I have the ability to boost my barracks and reduce army training time by 4or 5x's and this last for 2 hours. This allows me to pursue more costly upgrades in a shorter window of time

I would gladly start using more crowns if I could boost my barracks which would allow me to play more which would make me happier.

Allow us to reduce trainign time over a few hour stretch by allowing us to spend 10 crowns per barrack for faster training time
