Granted the last remaining decimal digit is within the range, i.e.: buildings right next to the wall or walls right next to an adjacent building.

Generals, tanks, fusiliers(and its sequels), raiders...

If this is not a grammatical error, then I could not disagree more. Any unit that fires a straight projectile should not be able to fire over a wall. Makes no sense. ...Let's give these mortar units an actual purpose.
