Alliance Chat Bugs

So I requested troops and logged off while I retrained I know I got filled while I was offline when I logged back in the troops were gone or I had no troops which this happens a lot they just disappear so I requested again immediately upon request the troops finally showed up well then my requests said 0/0.
afterwards I could not talk in Alliance chat well I could but if I restart a game it disappeared and nobody else would see anything I typed I cannot donate and I cannot request or it says 0 0
customer service advised me to go to another alliance and try and send them screen shot which I did in the new alliance my request said 0/36. It even showed the ticker saying troop request was sent but nobody in that Alliance seen it when I restart the game it disappeared like I never talked or requested so I wrote CS again. They then give me the usual Spiel of internet connection all that stuff only app open yeah okay I've done that before I even talk to you guys but fine still no luck I am locked out of my home Alliance we have 3 hours left in war and we really need my attacks in customer service is not releasing my hold to let me rejoin my alliance that they asked me to leave

Sadly, nothing changed for us. Our two members with chat issues are still locked out from communicating and requesting troops.

Nope, the problems are still there, our new members still can't chat, and still see their old alliance's chat.

This is one of the most inept companies I've ever dealt with. And I have Cox Cable and Sprint is my cell phone carrier.

Chat unavailable, troop requests doesn't show up on chat!

I am fed up with new bug that domination has. My text won't appear in alliances chat. Neither does my troops request. Members expect me to say something after I join them and boot me if I don't write anything. Every alliances kicking me out because they think I am not saying hi or hello after joining. This is stupid.

Help!!! Alliance chat doesn't work!!!

The problem is with my alliance chat! I can read both - 2 alliance chats, the previous one, and my present. I can write messages in the present chat, but nobody can read them. Please, help!!!

6 days now this has been going on. 6 days! Making the game completely unplayable for all those affected

eventually nexon will fix but this causes another raft of players to quit...... then nexon will stuff up the next thing they touch... the developers/fixers at nexon are monkeys

According to their Facebook page it was fixed yesterday. Shockingly enough, when several people chimed in that it wasn't there were no further responses.

My mistake. It was apparently 8 hours ago they were claiming they fixed it. Only took them a week to produce a non-working fix for a major issue. I gotta admit, as an individual, part of what keeps me playing this game is sheer morbid curiosity about what they'll screw up next, how long they'll take to fix it, and whether they'll ever communicate about and take responsibility for it. As a leader though it's beyond frustrating seeing long timers and new arrivals alike hammered by this.

Really, do they even test their changes BEFORE they implement them or announce that something's been fixed?

Why would they do that when they have a few hundred thousand willing, sometimes paying, beta testers?

It's a testament to the overall concept of the game and the community it created that we're all still here. I could only imagine how many more would be here with timely bug fixes and more than the most begrudging of communication when things go awry.

At this point I'm betting the under on whether this gets sorted out before the dream team takes off for the weekend. It sure would be nice to be wrong though.
