So I requested troops and logged off while I retrained I know I got filled while I was offline when I logged back in the troops were gone or I had no troops which this happens a lot they just disappear so I requested again immediately upon request the troops finally showed up well then my requests said 0/0.
afterwards I could not talk in Alliance chat well I could but if I restart a game it disappeared and nobody else would see anything I typed I cannot donate and I cannot request or it says 0 0
customer service advised me to go to another alliance and try and send them screen shot which I did in the new alliance my request said 0/36. It even showed the ticker saying troop request was sent but nobody in that Alliance seen it when I restart the game it disappeared like I never talked or requested so I wrote CS again. They then give me the usual Spiel of internet connection all that stuff only app open yeah okay I've done that before I even talk to you guys but fine still no luck I am locked out of my home Alliance we have 3 hours left in war and we really need my attacks in customer service is not releasing my hold to let me rejoin my alliance that they asked me to leave

Yea theres definitely still a problem. I cant request donations, havent been able to communicate to our alliance for wars, and cant challenge. I also see my old alliance donation requests along with their correspondence. We are a recently formed alliance where we are usually a social bunch and so i know im not the only one affected.

Ahhh they still can’t fix the problem with chat war and request. How can you recommend the game to friends when u can’t even chat or donate to them. Please hurry up and fix it.

How hard is it to just roll back the changes they made to code or whatever?

We all from my alliance. Romania 10 a new alliance have a problem we see olnly last alliance chatrom . But our chatroom we dont we sent troupes request but our fellow allies dont see . We lost a war becouse of that.. We did reset . Reinstal.. Hard reset . But did not fix it

And team support have to gave us back resourses that we spent on coalition.. We understand that they work to solve the problem but after that we expect crown to regain resourses that we spent.

My alliance is losing the majority of new folks that join because they can't communicate or request troops. Hopefully they will fix the issue soon. A status update would help by letting folks know where they are with it.

Chat not working

Chat and donations stopped working for me about 3 days ago. I have tried everything I can think of to get it to work again.

I left the alliance. Once for 12 hours. Once for 36 hours. In the other alliance I was able to chat, request, and donate. But both times when I came back to my old alliance, my chats disappear every time I close and reopen the game. I can see the chat of other players.

I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall the game. And Customer Service, of course, just told me they had fixed the issue and I should close and reopen the game. Useless Customer Service, as usual.

What else can can I do?

This has caused me several days of headache and hassle. So pissed off!

One of the most galling things is the utter lack of official updates and responses on this issue. We're a few hours away from quitting time on Friday and they haven't given us the slightest inkling of whether this is close to being fixed or if they plan to even work on it over the weekend.

They don't have to bog us down in the technical details but the occasional show that they're as concerned by this as the players would be helpful.

Let's keep making separate threads for the same issue since this had been crippling the game for a week now. And the only word that we get is a message saying it's fixed which it wasn't and no other official word about this at all no compensation or anything I can only imagine the people that are affected by this that only have one account luckily I have more than one so why one of my accounts is affected I still have other ones to keep me occupied

When it comes to times tables, as a developer myself i can kind of see where they are coming from. I understand it may be a simple concept when it comes to chat - but REALLY it is not. I know we are all frustrated, but realistically those who leave the game over this just because it hasnt been fixed (yet they know Nexon is on the job) is stupid. You know that they are trying to get it done, not to mention all of the events they handle weekly... They dont have to do that for us, its a added benefit for us to get these events. Just calm down.

I'm in the middle of an app where my client thinks its just a website because he can access it by his web browser, and doesnt understand that a 5000 dollar budget IS NOTHING for what we are building. Granted he way miscommunicated what he wanted in the beginning and it was my bad for allowing the idiot to push us around for so long, but in the end this app will make us money. So instead of replying to all of his bitching, i am just working as reasonably as i can in order to make the app happen, in a reasonable time frame. The same goes for Nexon, if they inquired our frustrations with every thread, at the Customer Service level on top of the technical level, then they would not have the time to handle the updates in the first place. You cant possibly think that the customer service people have any idea how to fix the problem, and the Tech peeps are the ones that usually reply to the forum. So get a grip guys, and lets just give them another few days before you go blasting the hell out of this forum over the exact same problem.

Same here. Went to spy on war opponents, can still see their chat, my alliance can't see my troop requests
