Alliance Member dropped

One of the members of my alliance (Elite from SOC) went into battle, and somehow got kicked from our alliance. Her name is Tucker. She is in Enlightenment age. Her level is 127. The chat does not show her leaving, nor getting kicked. When trying to do something in alliance, she gets a note saying she has to join an alliance. But when she tries to rejoin ours, it tells her she is already in an alliance. My gate tells me she is not in ours any longer. HELP

No..it can be hack issue.just send report to customer service and they will investigate on that..

Based on the symptoms you mentioned, it does sound like the members have been banned. It is documented in the Customer Service section of the game under Cheating.
