Alliance member number problem

Hi guys, the max member number of my alliance Super China is capped at 46 instead of 50. Does anyone have same issue? How was it resolved? Asked CS twice but got the same "be patient" reply. Wonder how this could code wrong.

Yeah for us it's 44.. Because the alliance is full on 48.

Thanks for the update IronAngel. I understand you guys have a lot of hotter issues. I am glad it is on the "list" now. This issue will become hotter after alliance war I think as this puts some alliance in disadvantage. Not all players are active on FB and Forum since not all of them speak English or can access FB. Perhaps this issue will subdue if there is global chat in game. Anyway, appreciate your push with the developer again and look forward to the big event next month!
Ps Super China made it to top 100 briefly and are trying to stay up there

Ironangel, I saw the alliance list now includes top500. Just wanted to thank you for it. This is definitely a good step forward fo us.

True but same bug problem for us.. Not fixed yet, alliance adds 2 ghost players affecting it with these:

- Alliance gets full at 48 members (Not just a visual bug.. we experimented and we get "Alliance is full unable to join" at 48)
- Alliance random joining stops at 44 instead of 46.
And possibly the medal calculation (Not sure about this one but the other 2 are confirmed)

Ironangel Please help fix this bug we've been reporting it for more than 3 months, it would be a huge mess to delete the alliance and start a new one.
