Attacked every time shield ends within seconds what gives???

Since the last update, I am getting attacked as soon as my shield runs out within minutes. Did something change? Before I could go a few minutes sometimes hours without being attacked. I am wondering if you changed the search engines where its searching the most active players first? So if I just cancelled my peace treaty and attacked someone as soon as I exit the game I am getting an alert that I was just attacked and not just once or twice I mean every single time. How are we supposed to grow resources if I am being moved to the top of the search list every time I attack? Its not just me its my other freinds who are also playing this game.

Do you have more resources to steal? That usually does it for people.

When I have the resources, I get raided almost immediately. When I'm low (especially on gold) it usually takes a while.

Another thing that may (or may not) help, is to strengthen your defenses. I'm not sure if you're a "rusher" (rushed your Town Center), but rushers usually get hit pretty quick too because they are easy targets for lower ranking players.

Well obviously I have more resources right after I attack someone but before the update I could have 100k gold or food and go 30-60 minutes even hours without being attacked. It really seems like the search engine changed now where after I attack, I am moved at the top of the search and done even get a chance to utilize the resources I just gained.

Well then don't log out of (or close) the game after you raid someone. If you are online you can't get raided.

As soon as you log out of (or close) the game, you're placed on the list to be raided.

This seems to work well for me, because I try not to log out if I have alot of resources. And I'm able to find more people with higher resources who log out frequently.

lol, I cant just keep my phone on all day it would die within an hour or two. It just needs to revert back to what it was prior to the latest update. It seems like now as soon as you are logged out you are placing in top of the queue to be searched.

You don't have to keep your phone on all day. lol. Just use the resources you have before you log off. The whole point of this game is to be able to steal resources from other people. If you are hogging all the resources, how are other people supposed to get them? Didn't your mother teach you how to share? lol.

I was gone for maybe four minutes and lost the two previous hours worth of battle gains. I guess I'm supposed to keep my tablet or phone with me at all times. They really should wait a little longer before inserting people into the rotation. I get that they're trying to suck money/crowns out of us by forcing us to use it or lose it, but losing a couple hours worth of gains because I took a leak and got a snack just leaves me ticked off and ready to go do something else.

if you lose in 4 mins what you gained in two hours you are doing something seriously wrong. you either too high on medals, have a really bad attack/defense strategy, or hoarding way too many resources.
change it up.

the amount of resources enemies can take from u is capped. if u have 6million (combined) in storage and ur gunpowder they can only take 250k of each resource which is about 8% of the total(500k combined). it takes between 30-60 min to farm 500k resources depending how active the other players are....sometimes the pickings are slim...sometimes im hitting several 500k combined resource cities in a row. it shouldnt take u 2 hrs to earn what others take from ur capped lootable reaources

I'm in the awkward stage of the Medieval Age. I'm upgrading my defense as quickly as I can, but I'm capped by my number of workers, and while my defense buildings are being upgraded they're out of commission. Other than my walls (90k/section is the next upgrade for me), everything else that I need at this point requires some hoarding, which is why I was doing a long session to get to one of the big ticket items and got sacked by somebody twenty levels higher. The highest total resources I saw today was around 150k, and that defense would have torn my troops apart, so unless I see some better opportunities, I'm going to have to keep nickel-and-diming my way through things. I could live with all that, though, if I didn't get sacked after being away for a few minutes. I've similarly lost stashes when I was playing and suddenly I couldn't connect to the server, even though my Internet was working fine and my attacker apparently had no problem connecting. A longer buffer would solve those frustrations and wouldn't significantly affect the gameplay.

You either need to raid until you reach your target required resource and quickly spend them, or you can try putting your TC outside your walls and get peace treaty.
