Broken base in WW

This needs attention! Our alliance 1st Vikings® is in a 35x35 war with *****RAFFINE, and one of their bases is obviously broken or hacked.

The base (#22 in their line up) can't be scouted, and it can't be attacked. We tried several times, but crashed and lost the attacks. We have reached out to customer service, but so far they seem unable to do anything about it.

We would normally reach perfect score - with ease - against them, but now most likely we will lose 924 glory because of this.

Nexon - please investigate and fix!!

This is concerning. Attacking others and being attacked make this game fun. There is already enough issues with war as is. This bug (whether intentional or not) will make war completely unplayable. Hope this issue gets addressed immediately.

Unacceptable. Its been 22h since customer service were contacted. Nothing has been done.

It is beyond my comprehension that a company that runs a game arent capable of taking care of in-game problems within 22h. Thats sort of the whole idea?

That is a real shame, sorry that happened to your team. As if the other things in war were not bad enough already. Especially poor job on Nexon if you had responses from support during the war and they did not fix it.

900 GP is worth months of work now with so many stalemates. Nexon didn't move a finger to help and we know they won't do anything to compensate for this massive loss due to a bug which is their responsibility.

@Nexon do u c a theme here? U guys do NOTHING to compensate problems U OBVIOUSLY ALLOW! "There's nothing we can do"...is a joke, either u CAN'T do anything to fix it, because of who u r or u don't care which is on par with everything associated with u guys! U r seriously the worst company I've ever come across! And as far as bugs/glitches that take FOREVER to b addressed, a CS in game that pretty much just cuts and paste canned bs responses and take your pick with other issues (there r too many to list) I am really surprised u guys make $.

Whoever is in charge of Nexon...Idk even wanna know how u r still in your position because u ruined this game. U guys r greedy self-serving dopes who wouldn't know how to treat your customers if u had a checklist with pretty pictures showing u what to do! This game is an absolute joke! Well done.

Ugh... I hope this isn't a new trend/hack or bug. I'd hate for this to start happening on a regular basis. Nexon needs to look into this asap and fix!

Thats totally disgusting and disappointing to say the least and sadly, it's the lowest point of this game. If someone could give me setup of pre Global Age Dominations i.e until Industrial Age ,I will be the most happy person to comeback and play this game again. World War before Global Age release was the best balance gameplay. IMO Coalition,University,Dock extra Troops and pay to win Card Troops ruined World War.

Nb4powerup I have lost faith in this game and more will lose in future for sure if this keeps going on and on.

By the way can someone suggest me a Strategy game (not an Action game like Dominations).

Can recommend clash of clans. Super cell is running a smith game, without bugs, stalemate and extra troops. Nixon if you opened your eyes you might learn something from them. But the way this game is going, I guess you are blinded by fast cash
