Noticed this issue a few times where by a persons base doesnt look right during a war so having a look at normal base shows and confirms my worries.

Following pictures show a base layout 96xp but his war base is missing half his builds and showing 56xp this would bring down the overall ranking but they would no doubt have same high ranked units

Usually means they haven't updated their war base for a while. Means an easy attack for somebody.

Oh I have several pictures from the war we are just finishing that had the same thing. According to CS, the matching system doesn't use the war base strength to determine the match ups, they use the players base. So by not using all of what they have is just plain stupid.
