Our war started War Day Started in the middle of the maintenance so we had our guys hold off attacking till it was over. Now we've launched 12 attacks and 5/12 attacks have been connection issues with my alliance being booted from the game. What is happening? There shouldn't be this many crashes or connection issues happening right after you all completed maintenance but it always seems to happen this way. Edit make that 6/14 attacks now that the game gave network error or completely crashed.

The thing I find frustrating is the canned responses that blame everything except what is actually causing the problem. The problem is on Nexons end. It cant be any other way cuz its affecting too many people. Yet they continue to say its memory issues with your device or stop playing background music or check your internet connection. Blah blah blah

Hi all! We are aware that there seems to be more network connection errors. Both teams at Nexon and BHG are working on it. In the mean time, please reach out to support and if possible, described the exact actions that you did leading up to the error. My apologies that this issue just won't go away.

The developers have made some adjustments and we are seeing less of these issues happening. They are still working on it tho.

But do you let CS know there is an issue?

I contacted support yesterday for a dropped connection during an attack (it has happened multiple times, but eventually i got fed up) and CS responded back with a fix for crashes. Then about 12 hrs ago I do a war attack, I loose connection midway, I contact CS quoting what other person had said and that I had applied those suggestions, but yet CS responded with same message as previous CS.

Makes me think that either they don't read what we tell them, or it is an automated response based on keywords on original message.

I am sitting next to a router, with a 14 Mbit internet connection (that has 1 Mbit upload), my router is rebooted, my device rebooted, no applications running (are we supposed to perform ALL that before each and every attack?), game sounds turned off/muted (from game settings) and still get yellow spinners and dropped connections and instead of CS acknowledging the problem, they pin it to us.

Nb4powerup Currently now when I'm connected to 4G I get logged out after 2mins. No matter what I am doing in game. I get the spinning ring of death and a no network connectivity err. All actions are undone and I get logged out again after another 2 mins. This was since the global update.

I could only play when I'm on WiFi. But now since a few days ago, I'm also having problems when on WiFi. After each battle, I get a double spinning ring, a time out err and all my troops are gone.

Contacting CS was frustrating. They didn't read my previous complaints to CS and just ask me the same old automatic questions again.

I'm on Samsung note4. Latest OS update. I regularly clear my Ram. I close all running programs before logging in. I off the in game sounds. I uninstall / reinstall numerous times. I did a ping test on both my WiFi and 4G. Both are optional and furthermore I have no issues with similar games, browser or video streaming.

So when you mentioned that the server issues are fixed, I'm worried. Is this the end of my Dominations journey? Playing a game shouldn't have to be this hard. If I had not invested so much time and money into this game, I would have left a long time ago.

I also still have the spindle disconnect when logging in on 4G on one of my accounts. The latest update didn't fix that. There are many people with the same problem. I suspect the servers for some of our accounts have this problem and seems linked to our internet provider. I have 2 domination accounts. One account is working as normal on 4g, while the other account has the spindle problem. But the strange thing is when I use a Vpn on 4g, the spindle problem goes away.
