Fair treatment to all players

I received 200 crowns for yesterday bugs. Thanks, But I lost like 100 medals. Some players received 1200 crowns. It's kinda unfair. Please provide fair treatment to everybody. My nickname is the same in the game, Redgar

Haaahahahhahhah!!! I laughed my head off when I saw a 200 crown "bonus".... and a 200 medal drop?!

Guy in our allicane got 16k medals. Get this... he was going to report it! Hell - I badgered him till he spend the whole damn lot.

I also spent my 200 in about 5 minutes. Just in case ;)

You never know WHAT'S going to happen in this game! It's like the lottery!!

Yes, I also got 200 crowns. I used 140 of them to speed up a few battles. I had 60 left. Went to bed, woke up to find my remaining 60 crowns have been reduced to zero, and other players in my alliance happy about 8k crown balances. Also, the same little glitchy problems that have existed for months still persist...Replay problems, hacked bases, disappearing tactics, game crashes etc etc. I have filed 5 reports on the past week for 5 separate issues and other than an automated acknowledgement that they received the report, they have not given me even a single response. Then Nexon have the cheek to issue a statement to tell us everything is fixed! This game is self- destructing by the day.

Seriously ROFL. Dude, if only you could somehow bottle the essence of this turd burger and send it to people you don't like, that would make it all worth while. Put a little ribbon around it, a little card, from me to you. EPIC FAIL. BOOM!

Ok life isn't fair some got a shit load of crowns some of us got none, some of us had a huge head start on this game ( me included ) I didn't get any extra crowns. So what but those of us that started early have learnt how to play and win. If u haven't tryed attacking one of the new maxed out noob bases do so never found any easier to win. Yea there's not a lot of cash to take but it's better therapy than complaining :)

No, I don't agree. Complaining makes me feel better. Isn't that what a forum section under "bugs and issues" is all about? If you are annoyed with complaining players, don't bother reading it.

You like the way the things are going, then fine, go play the game. Some paying customers are a bit disappointed with the product,Mathis they complain. Like anyone else would do buying a faulty product.

And in case you're thinking "oh great, another complainer," look: it's a matter of principle.

Thus far, I've purchased the starter pack and was considering the $120 package to accelerate build times (yes, I actually do like farming), but in light of very recent events, I've decided to close my wallet. And by now, you've all heard similar stories as to why.

I have alliance members who received thousands of crowns for nothing (okay, because they lost something like 400 crowns to the bug). It just isn't right that people have catapulted overnight for months' worth of progress. I'm asking for this company to get its act together. I like this game. I really do. I've even recommended it to people despite its choppy graphical and coding flaws. I have a very advanced account in Clash of Clans but lately I'm dedicating more time to this game as I'm enjoying it more. Yet now I'm hanging on by a hair because of how frustrating issues like the cheating and, now, this crown-giveaway scandal are.

You know there's a problem if being adversely affected by a bug proves to be astonishingly beneficial.

My other topic about crowns bonuses was closed too, but that's okay, since we can talk here. Just to let you know, when I posted this topic I didn't know that crowns were given in tens of thousands, I just was thinking that paying players received 1200 while free one received 200, so it made me kinda disappointed. Then it became even more crazy than I thought.

But I am ready to move on from this subject and even posted 'balance notes' in ideas and suggestions section, so I'd like it to be as popular as this one, yea ;)

I noticed they closed the other thread where some nub was criticising those of us who feel unjustified then the community manager closed the thread while saying that we need to be more constructive in our criticism. How hypocritical. It's interesting that she also mentioned the issues were still being worked on. Then why does another com-man(sounds like con-man) say that the game is live and all issues are resolved???! Here's a direct question to the mods: what are you going to do about the huge amounts of crowns you have mistakenly dished out? You can't reverse the car up a sheer cliff.

I meant what I said about keeping all discussions and comments constructive, so please do not call other community members offensive terms simply because you disagree with their opinions and feedback. The thread was closed simply to keep all discussions regarding this issue consolidated and in one place. If you've noticed other threads are being closed down as well and redirected into this one. That thread in particular was not a unique situation, and frankly it was off-topic for this particular forum.

We are working on resolving the unforeseen issues that players are experiencing right now, and that process begins with identifying why these issues happened in the first place as well as coming up with a fix. As much as we'd love to toggle a switch or press a magical button to resolve this, unfortunately things are more complex than that which is why we've been so appreciative of everyones patience and understanding throughout all of this.

I have personally reached out to our Customer Support department to inquire about unanswered tickets, and I am hoping that we will have an update for you all soon.

If they are not rollbacked, it's smart to give nice bonuses for everyone and close the issue and move on, because this unclarity and waiting with decision is what making this issue pop up again and again. Making a decision and giving us clarity is not connected to debugging process anyhow, so there is no need for magic button.

Well for your info guys I myself bought the starter pack and only received 200 crowns. Honestly tho lay off stuff will be fixed players who received ungodly amounts of crowns might get their bases set back to how it was before the crazy free crown spending. You guys cant expect everything to be fixed right away just because your frustrated like it dont work that way. Be mad be upset thats fine but give it a little time before going all out.

On a side note in terms of positive thinking, it was a great envy-test I might haven't passed too :) but I'm sure that if we use it for self-analysis, we'll be able to achieve more important things than progress in the game. How envy generates frustration and anger and things like that. Other people lost their bases and wonders, btw. So it's a test for attachement poison. Ommm... :)

People who received thousand of crowns are happy with the bonus. If Nexon rolls back the game, they will get VERY PISSED OFF. It is better not to give them crowns in the first place. I am very sure that any roll back from now on will be the final blow to this game. It is an end of Dominations. So the final solution is to give all players 10,000 crowns or something like that as bonus. I personally spent $250 into this game and I received some good bonus of crowns. I will DELETE THIS GAME IMMEDIATELY if they roll back. I need all the money return from Nexon.

You're pretty much running out of time. I see the server maintenance notice set for 11:30 EST tonight. Is that the magic hour when everything gets fixed?
