Fair treatment to all players

I received 200 crowns for yesterday bugs. Thanks, But I lost like 100 medals. Some players received 1200 crowns. It's kinda unfair. Please provide fair treatment to everybody. My nickname is the same in the game, Redgar

I would advise a bonus per day you played dominations or better per day you logged in from global launch, if such data is available. Indeed, It should be thousands of crowns at least for active players who played for a long time, caz hundreds may cause even more frustration. If big winners are somehow excluded from this reward, it would work too, but who cares if there are plenty of real cheaters who neither lucky nor fair.

I appologise for my comments in my earlier post in this thread. I was upset and used a poor choice of words. I have played these games for a long time and I get very frustraited when people come out of nowhere and demand free crowns because of bugs. With that said, I am totally on board with the people complaining about the people that got too many free crowns. I am also frustrated with the bugs in the game. This game was pushed out of beta testing before it was ready. But what is done is done. I do feel like they are listening to the community and trying to address our concerns. Communication has been much better and they have made a real effort to crack down on cheaters. Much work still needs to be done no doubt. But it is a brand new game and I am hopeful they can resolve the issues. I plan to stick with it and hope for the best. I think most people on the forums will too. That includes the old timers like Whatwhat, Aussie guy, Andy and In2sec. You guys like this game or you would not be so active with your comments. My request is lets just give it some more time and patience. I have read your posts and understand your frustrations but I bet in 6 more months when you are leaders of top war alliances you will not be so upset. Constructive criticism is good but if there are too many rage threads we will hear even less from the mods. I have watched that happen first hand over the last couple of years in COC. The forums make up a very small percentage of their user base. We are important because we give good suggestions. But the best way to help is to remain positive.

Well put, apart from the bit where you call me an old timer :p

I have been swayed a bit also by frustrations, however I do really love this game. Maybe just a little less recently. I'm gonna try sticking to helping people in our Alliance, and also assisting in Strategy etc. Do you see my Zen Like Calm?

Great. So they actually did nothing. Well, if we wanted to be optimistic, we could call that a success. Nothing bad happened, right?

Yes, I'm an old timer (haha) and yes I like this game. I comment because I want it to be better and I want the developers to address the bugs and cheaters. It's also good to comment when you need to blow off steam!

I received an email from their Customer Service department regarding the unfair allocation of free crowns to people that have never spent a dime on their game. Their reply, they only allocated free crowns to those that were affected and had lost crowns. Ummm.. I call bullshit.

DO you have any evidence for the claim that unfair allocation of free crowns to people that have never spent a dime on game?

Nothing fixed for me, still missing crowns for my 5 day shield which magically disappeared after few hours and I can't buy new one. No response to my tickets, flaged this game to Google, had enough.

Bump....Still down -10k crowns. Now I'll either wait for one of the forum police to tell me to stop complaining or that creepy avatar to tell me, uh, wait. Hmmmm. No, I'll get it. C'mon. Nope, that's right: really a whole lot of nothing. I'm genuinely sorry if that sounds rude, but I paid good money for crowns, so to be down 10k of them sorta chafes.

Anybody can tell me what was the announcement? I've heard that noone will be rollbacked. Was is the announcement?

what is the announcement guys? I saw there is a new iOS and android update announcement. Is it it? I can't find any new update on my iTunes regard this game. Am I missing something here?
