6.2 Balance Update (3/13/18)
• Fixed a pathing and attack bug with Machine Gun troops

6/1 Balance Update (2/9/18)
• Baltimore Fencibles Change - this Troop Tactic now deploys 1x Engineer and 2x Artillery (formerly 3x Engineer and 1x Artillery)
• Unit Pathing Improvements
• MRL boosts are now calculated correctly

6.0 Balance Update (1/14/18)

• War sizes of 35 vs. 35 and 45 vs. 45 players are being removed in order to boost available matches in other war sizes.
• The cost of re-arming activated traps is reduced. The higher the level of your traps, the steeper the discount!
• Mortar troops will be ready for battle nearly 40% faster, and will cost less food to train:

6.0 Balance Update (12/12/17)
  • Hwachas no longer have a minimum range and have a faster-flying arrow animation
  • Added Master Assassin to the Assassin Fortress
5.8 Balance Update (10/10/17)

Balance Changes
  • Generals now spawn with 70% of their hitpoints if they are inside a Castle, Pentagon, or Khan's Dais and it is destroyed.
  • Tactical Helicopters are now slower and have 50% less hitpoints to reduce their effectiveness in oil raids.
  • APCs now spawn their first wave of troops faster (after 5 seconds instead of 9 seconds).
5.8 Balance Update (9/26/17)

Balance Changes
  • League Boats, Victory Chests, and Video Rewards can possibly include:
    • Troop Tactics
    • Tactics
    • Blessings
    • Trade Good and National Trade Good Shipments
    • Mercenary Contracts
    • Recruits
  • Decoy tactic no longer gives a movement speed bonus to affected defenders.
  • The Trap Blessing now has one of its uses consumed if any traps are tripped. Previously needed 10% or more total damage dealt.
  • Spoils of War Ch. 1 was changed back to apply only to resources.
  • Fixed a bug where Redoubts didn’t immediately start attacking troops that were standing at the building’s maximum range
  • All levels of the Armored Car Troop Tactic will have their Hitpoints and Damage match the Armored Car built from the Factory.
5.7.5 Balance Update (9/13/17)
Balance Changes
Reestablish World War Tie-Breaker
  • If two Alliances finish a World War with the same number of stars and average destruction, the winner is now determined by who has the least amount of time elapsed in battle
  • In ties, winning your battles as fast as possible is the key to winning the war!
  • Only the time elapsed from the best attack against each War Base counts

Balance Changes
  • Corrected a bug that caused units spawning from the Samurai Stable to have incorrect defender stats
  • Corrected a bug that caused units spawning from the Samurai Stable to be immune to Tactics

New World War Tie-Breaker

Balance Updates
  • Betrayal, Protect, and Sabotage Tactics now cost 2 Tactics Capacity (was 1)
  • War Academy level 5 (Enlightenment Age) now provides +1 Tactics Capacity (was +0), increasing Tactics Capacity by 1 from Enlightenment Age onward
  • Stronghold now spawns the any remaining donated Troop Tactics when destroyed
  • Fixed Atomic Age HP for French Consulate, Khan Dais, Zulu Kraal, and Long House (was 1600, is now 1950)
