Game Froze, closed, and now won't load properly

I was playing the game for the first time and had progressed to the point where I had 6 workers, a town center, a barracks, the mine, the mill, the marketplace, 3 houses, etc. I was just adding my first roads when I got an error message. The game froze and I had to shut down my device. When I reloaded everything the only things on my screen were the marketplace, the mill, one piece of road, and a few animals moving around. It said that I had money and food storage of up to 2,500 and that I had 0/0 workers. The store only has an option for a town center, but I can't do anything with it because I have no workers. I can collect money from the road and that is it. Anything that requires a worker is unavailable. I tried deleting the game and starting over, but can't do it. I made sure my device was completely updated. I tried to load it onto another device and it is stuck the exact same way. I even tried starting over with a new game center id and it loaded exactly the same. This game has seriously cool potential, but I am not getting any response from customer service and cannot find anyone else who describes this type of problem and (more importantly) how to fix it.

I hope someone on the forum can help. At this point, I would be content with just being able to delete it and start fresh.

Something happened to me a couple of days ago. I contacted support from within the game and they acknowledged my problem. I also suggested I'd be fine starting over, if that was easier, because I had been playing for literally only 30min. Since then, I haven't heard from them. I also noted that all the forest had been cleared, and the tabs were missing from the store. I would love to hear from someone who has had this same problem and has had it fixed.

Your situation sounds a lot like mine except I haven't even gotten an acknowledgement of my issue from when I reported it from within the game. The forest is gone on my game as well. I would start over, no problem, or from this point if they could get it fixed. Instead, I can't do anything at all. It's very frustrating.

Getting network connection error message on both my iPhone 6+ and my android tab.

I'm having network connection error message on my ipad retina. It was fine this morning and this just started happening and stuck at the loading screen when I hit TRY AGAIN to try to get back in.

Iphone5 displays network connection error. after clicking try again the title screen comes up with a small amount of green bar but never loads.

I have the same problem. Keeps saying unable to connect to the servers. I'm using an iPad air 2 and an iPhone 6+. It's not working on either device

I'm playing on an iPad Air 2 that is fully updated. I also tried from my updated iPhone 5. I'm definitely stuck and hoping for a fix. I'll keep checking for updates.
