Game is crashing on the loading screen.

One of the more active players in our alliance has been unable to play the game for 2 days now. He has used the contact feature of the customer support site and even though he has been told it's being worked on sometime early yesterday; he is still unable to log in. He has a good connection and has reinstalled the game. He is able to connect using a different ID but not his actual account. My game even locks up on the loading screen if I try to visit his base to capture a screenshot.

We have remained in contact with him using Kik but he's getting really disheartened and starting to lose interest in continuing with this game. Please assist him asap as I would hate to lose another good/active player (when it is already such a struggle to keep an active semi-full alliance).

His in game name is Tony and he's in the DomiActive alliance. Here's a screenshot of the information I'm able to capture.

I had this exact issue happen to me over a month and half ago. I was unable to play for over 2 weeks. To make it worse I was the alliance leader. This left the alliance unable to recruit or make any important changes. Luckily our council and core players were able to keep the alliance together. What ever the problem was it seems to be server side. I did the same as your friend and reloaded the app, tried it on a different device and even restored my iPad to previous setting to try and get my base back. When all was said and done they finally responded two weeks later and fixed the problem that wasn't allowing me to log in. But it took several messages from me and multiple alliance members on my behalf to get a response and have the issue taken care of.

As disappointing as it is; I don't think he would make it 2 weeks at this point. He's one of the many who was already on the fence with this game. Now that this issue has progressed through the weekend; my bet is that he moves on to a different game. *moment of silence*

Almost a week passed and the issue still exists. Total silence after first couple exchange of emails which in my opinion are redundant anyways (telling me to delete and reinstall the game and asking my username which both I have told them in my initial email).

What device are you using? Is it rooted or jailbroken?

Hi Dark, does he get the 'Connection Error' message when he tries to log on or is it a different issue?
Not 'connection error'. It's either one of the two happens everytime I load, one is I got msg saying I am being scouted, another one is game crashes when the green loading bar began to move toward 100%. Either way, I cannot access my account. It is account specific, nothing to do with connection on my end or their end. I tried a different Apple ID and it worked perfectly fine. Now, with the latest update, game will no longer crash during loading, however once it reaches 100%, it won't take me into the game.

So I talked to Tony after the update and the game is no longer crashing on the loading screen. Now the game is just getting stuck on the loading screen. The progress bar gets to 100% and the game just sits there. It has been nearly a week since he has been able to play and having the Industrial Age release while he is unable to play is just more salt in the wound. Please help resolve this issue and offer some feedback.

Same problem here my game doesnt load the progress bar reaches 100 but itnever loads game i cant even contact customer service someone please help meeeeee game name drrogba

Still cannot play the game. No communication from the customer support whatsoever (wondering if customer support even exists). On the bright side, there is game called Clash of Clans beside this.

This issue is still unresolved for our friend. It's going on two weeks now. He has been patiently waiting and I've kindly asked for any feedback numerous times. Please help resolve this!

Do people have in-game tickets? I get the account connection issues and I've gone through most of them at this point. I'll double check the queue.
