One of the more active players in our alliance has been unable to play the game for 2 days now. He has used the contact feature of the customer support site and even though he has been told it's being worked on sometime early yesterday; he is still unable to log in. He has a good connection and has reinstalled the game. He is able to connect using a different ID but not his actual account. My game even locks up on the loading screen if I try to visit his base to capture a screenshot.
We have remained in contact with him using Kik but he's getting really disheartened and starting to lose interest in continuing with this game. Please assist him asap as I would hate to lose another good/active player (when it is already such a struggle to keep an active semi-full alliance).
His in game name is Tony and he's in the DomiActive alliance. Here's a screenshot of the information I'm able to capture.
