I have a question about the 'Heritage' Library research. Chapter 3 increases defensive wonder powers by 10%.

Does this add a bonus 10% wall health bonus to Kremlin?

And a bonus 10% defender health to Acropolis?

Versailles is offensive and defensive, but do the troop health and slow amount increase, too?

When is 10% not 10%? When it's 10% of 10%. So Versailles will gain 1%, Kremlin 2% etc. Nothing to get too excited about.

I was thinking it'd add 10% for some reason (tired) rather than increase its bonus by 10%, so it basically adds squat

FC surely gets the most out of it as it's HP gets buffed.
Add Monuments to it and FC at AA has seriously way more HP than at GBA
