Great leader for university
Qin Shi Huang
He was most notable known for his involvement in constructing the Great Wall of China. In addition, he worked on a national road system.
Level 1 university
Wall health: increase by 1% for each upgrade
Wall cost: decrease by 2% for each upgrade
Level 2 university
National trade goods: increase chance of finding “national good that is used for Indian coalition”
Indian Coalitions: decrease cost of upgrading by 3%
Wall miners/ Sappers: increase damage by 2%
Level 3 university
Roads: boost road connectivity hitpoints for towncenter by 1%
Road cost: decrease cost by 3% for each upgrade
Level 4 university
More wall: adds 1 extra wall for each upgrade done in this area. Up to 10 wall can be added when complete
Level 5 university
explosive wall: explosive wall damage increase by 2%
explosive wall: explosive wall cost decrease by 2%
Level 6 university
No workers are required to upgrade walls

I’ve add explosive wall to the mix. This was something of an idea that came from another post. These walls would be unlocked during the gunpowder age. 3 walls would be unlocked and 3 more for each age after gunpowder would be unlocked.
Explosive wall would provide radius damage or splash damage (maybe 1-2 radius) and they would start out with the same strength as being hit by two mortar rounds at the same time, so around 200 DPS. There would be one upgrade for each age. Explosive walls would explode on contact from enemy troop and if you group them together then all walls would explode, thus cause their cumulative DPS to be very high.
