Industrial Age and beyond: new ability to allocate additional workers to a task

Now that Industrial Age build times are very long, and more workers are available, it would be great to add ability to allocate additional workers to a task in order to finish it more quickly. For example, if a Farm upgrade takes 4 days to build using the standard 2 workers, the player could then chose to allocate 1 additional worker to that task to reduce build time to 3 days, or 2 additional workers to reduce build time to 2 days. Building two such farms this way would tie up 8 workers for 4 days (in serial), versus 4 workers for 4 days (in parallel). So player is actually using up more of their workers, but gaining flexibility to build things serially vs. in parallel. This would give the player more control and strategy over how they allocate their workers. I think would also take into account modernization/factories/industrialization which historically improved speed of construction.

An additional thought: To address the situation where player could abuse this new system by allocating all their workers to a task and then use crowns to instantly finish it (at greatly reduced rate), the crown cost could be based on the non-accelerated time. For instance, if a farm takes 4 days to build and players allocated 4 workers so that it now takes 2 days to build, the crown cost would still be calculated based on 4 days. A day later, with 1 day left of the accelerated build schedule, the crown cost would now be calculated based on 3 days.
