Keep Stuck at Tutorial!

I TRIED CLEAR CACHE ,CLEAR DATA,REINSTALL THE GAME LATEST UPDATE FOR MANY TIME !!! AND THE LAST I FORMAT MY PHONE !!!
BUT NOTHING IS CHANGED , I KEEP STUCK AT THE TUTORIAL AFTER THE CRASH OF THE GAME !
PLEASE HELP !!! I WANTED TO PLAY THE GAME SO MUCH ! BUT I CAN EITHER GO THROUGH THE TUTORIAL!!!

I've got the same issue! After claiming 2 crowns for first quest reward, the game crashes. When I open it again, the game loads from "giving name" section. Then the old man tell me to claim my reward again but there's no GET button ( I've taken them already!!!) What a bug : (

Me too!!! I build 3 houses and now he ask me to build house but I can't, and I stack!! Can't do nothing. We mast to restart the game, I try everything install and unis tall again and again and very time it's came back to the same screen.

I think I've got a solution for this issue. This game saves our loading information by our account. In our case, that loading file has been "bugged". Therefore, even we try to reinstall the game, it keeps downloading the "bugged" loading file and keep bugging all the time : (

- In my case, I played the game on iOS device, so my account is Game Center account.
- I've used another iOS device, logged in my Game Center account, downloaded Dominations on AppStore, and played.
- The game asked me something like Your account contains a loading file, what do you want, LOAD or OVERWRITE? --> absolutely, OVERWRITE it and play the tutorial again.
- After finish the tutorial part, I've built something like a new archer tower... to make sure it works well.
- Then I come back to my iphone, load Dominations app. This time, the game asked me same thing LOAD or OVERWRITE? I've chosen LOAD and got a new working loading file.
- ENJOY!!!

thanks for the suggestions bro, I am glad to hear that you solved your problem. Mine is Android ,so my account is Google+ account, I tried with 2 Android device , and using same idea as yours, I make a save file on the new device , but my old device doesn't pop out the load data option for me.

Tutorial Bug

I stuck in Tutorial because i have lost wifi connection what i have to do

i am also android, i crate new google play account. and then install from new.....
and agin the game start from the point that i stack ( 3 houses and cant build one mor becose i heve 3\3)

so its not the google play account. so how we reset the game??!
