Maybe the Advice is outdated?

I was a post about contacting Customer Support; it said to click on the Customer Support button, then click on " Contact Us" . I can't find that "Contact Us" button. ANYWHERE !!!.
Was the button or link accidentally deleted, or moved?
I have an Android, running KitKat 4.4, I think.
I can't find any link to report a cheater.

Best to do it in-game - Setiings Cog -> Customer Services -> Contact Us

under android, that is tricky, you can be attacked while reporting, nexon should fix that first !!!!

Tricky under iOS too - 'Are you still there?' pops up if you can't type fast enough, so basically don't bother any more.

in android, it does not even ask you if you are still there, you will be attacked while reporting... poor app design imo for both versions...

Sometimes the "contact us" button disappears. You can still contact Nexon if you go to the Frequently asked Questions (FAQs)... Pick one, tap through them and answered "no" if your problem is not answered...this will put you through to customer support. As Eddie suggests...type fast.

I've had the same issue with in game cs, they never answer my questions and always just copy & paste some generic response from the FQA section.

no, their answers are dumb... cant say its helpfull or that they give you the feeling you are taken seriously...
