minimum age for event?

my friend just started playing dominations today and now made it to the bronze age. but the current week's event for the apothecary doesnt show up. is there a minimum age before you can start playing in events?

Minimum age is Classical Age.

And you have to be in the age before the event is announnced (shows up in the top left corner of the screen two days before it actually starts) to take part. It stinks, but fortunately doesn't take long to get to classical.

You can go classical today and participate, i did and am in stage 3

My alt will be classical tomorrow, so I guess I will find out then. Pretty sure last time it didn't take unless you reached the age in advance though.

You are correct, now classical and the event is available.

The rewards are all iron age cards though. I guess it locks into your age at the time the even started, even though the event wasn't available yet.

I think there are simply no classical age troop cards.
Level 1 - Iron Age
2 - MA
3 - GPA
4 - EA
5 - IA
6 - GA
7 - AA

thx for the info. sucks that it takes 2 days for the town center to upgrade from iron age to classical.

if you get the building reward, you don't have to use it until later. hopefully when you use the building at a later age, the building will be of the equivalent age

I can confirm this. I have bazooka tower and bazooka sentry in my inventory still. I got both prior to AA and the stats on both are the AA level not that i am AA.
