Missing settings panel, menu, username, goals

Hello. I have reached out to support as well regarding this and they mentioned the development team is working on my issue and its closed, however I would like to get some feedback if my issue is being looked at, and if it is resolved in some way.

I have a weird issue, where the Settings pane does not exist. Also, I was never prompted to input a user name in the game, therefore I do not have one. Currently I'm level 6 and just assumed that maybe I need to get to a certain level to get the Settings options or input a name, however this never happened yet, and I can attack other online players and get attacked, but I have no option to input a user name still. I've tried uninstalling the game, deleting the cache and data as well, and installing again, and still the same issue, and my game is saved, not sure how. I don't know why I can't have settings, or input a name.

Also, just for curiosity sake, I tried installing and playing the game in an emulator (Genymotion), and something really odd is happening. It automatically signed me into Google Play in the game and now I have someone else's game happening. Whoever Blurdz is, their game is connected to my Google Play account, which is really odd. I thought I should let you know, as this may impact not only my game if this gets fixed, but their game as well, and there may be others. Seems my account is jinxed.

Any help or feedback is greatly appreciated.

That's exactly the same problem as mine!!! Thats supposed to be a claim button on barbarian raid reward. I clicked the button once, and then got my game crashed and closed automatically. After that, this is happened and i cant proceed to the next step anymore
GM can fix it easly but they dont do that. How fix? Who is have a this bug Gm remove all data at account and we can try again. I think it will be fix.

Hello,, I had the same problem on Android. To fix it what I did was install the game in Bluestack and copy the DomiNations folders Data and OBB folder to my phone and it fixed the problem. Hopefully it will start downloading the missing assets when you start the game. If you dont have Bluestack then maybe try copy those files from a friend.

I already make a lot of progress in the account that I can't sync, if I copy those files from my cell phone to my tablet, did I lose the progress of the account I can't sync, I purchased crowns already, if I lost this account I lose a lot. ( in my cell phone everything seems to work perfect, in fact, I gave a name to the account and sync it in Google play and Facebook)

Cant answer that but try replacing those files on your tablet. In my case I played on my phone first but the problem I had was It didn't ask me to name the account. So I installed the game on bluestack, finished the tutorial and played on it for a while before replacing those files on my phone. After installation, I was able to pick off from where I left off on bluestacks.

The same thing happened with me, however when I tried to delete and then reinstall the app on my IPhone but now whatever I try to do the game crashes on the Big Huge Games screen?

I submit but GM say we cant do anything. But that's too easy to solve. Remove my account or reset. I think this problem will be solved. Because my problem at autoplay cant pass.

Exact same problem. level 17 in the game. played first on Samsung Note 3 bought starter pack and do not wish to lose this. Raised a support ticket so hope to get some response. Installed the game on my Samsung tab 10.5 and that seems to work fine. At least I'm not the only one.

I really wish these guys would actually care and reply to these things....

i wish same thing, it cant be possible that any offcial member saw this trhead, seems that they dont care about this, and is not a random isssue, we are severals player with same problem and no official answer. in fact i kinda find a workaround to this problem, but i need the support to help me test it, an no answer at all

I've sent two support requests, and so far all I have received as help is them saying to connect to a reliable internet connection and cancel out all other apps but I have already done this several times.

i send 3 messages to the support, they ask me only one saying that they are aware of the problem and they dont have a solution yet, and send me to check the forums for a solution, something funny because they dont give us ANY OFFICIAL ASNWER in severals threads like this one. i think is a disrespect to us consumers, i bought crowns and play the game fairly, and the only official response that i got, was i know the problem, wait for a solution, between lines.... I DONT CARE

My game is broken too! I wasn't given a choice to input my name, wasn't given an option to build an alliance gate after moving to the iron age. Even clicking on the broken gate doesn't give me an option to repair it. And the old man button has never appeared on screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help fix the issue. I hope they're working on it, there seem to be a lot of people with the same bug.
