total bs. sorry to hear, dudes.

you deserve to have that glory added but i've yet to see one instance of them adjusting glory. even in the most blatant and egregious errors that are obviously their fault.

And that's the end result, isn't it. It basically disappears into the mist and never really gets dealt with. I guess the customer interaction model for a micro-transaction focused game has a different model for dealing with this than things I am used to.

Contrary to my initial belief (war started before release was fully out) the record "Total Attack Duration" is not changing after a better time is achieved (for 5 starred bases at least) in a war started after release as well.
I don't know whether this indicator is in fact used for deciding stalemates though as the initial explanation from NEXON/BHG was not at all aimed at that value.

The fact that tickets are closed after one reply, with no reference number or means of follow up, is astonishing even by mobile game standards. The few other games I've had to open tickets on generally had some sort of e-mail exchange until there was a resolution. Usually not a timely resolution of course, but one nonetheless.

Big Huge Games does multiple rounds of testing but like any software change, once in a live environment...something unexpected could occur. In this case, the team is aware and working on it.

So I report losing 200 medals in the friendly challenge and I get 500 crowns and 6 troop cards. An entire alliance is screwed by another update issue and we get.......

tumbleweed - just no answer, no nothing.

Nb4powerup ... I got a we are investigating ... then nothing. I would have been happy just with a response with what had happened. Your company has a huge amount is can learn from you. You care... they don't...

It's the lack of scale of the issue that is most confusing. The effort/cost required to win that war was way higher than to gain 200 medals. And yet the 500 crowns and 6 troop cards is welcome, so why is one update error compensated when another isn't. I get someone in the 3,000 medal range would have had major issues getting those 200 medals. But not in the 1,xxx range.
