No glory points ?

Hey folks, has anyone experienced this new headache.....No glory points for a victory in war.
My alliance has just battled against Global Realm. Tough war plagued with glitches.
We won 212 glory points, however this has failed to be added to our existing glory !
Repeated messages to customer services seems to be getting us no where!
Nexon ! We want our Glory!
Please help!

Nb4powerup We are STILL waiting for our glory points to be added to our total........
We won the war fair and square! Why can't they just add them on to our current glory points???
My alliance and I have sent countless messages now to customer services and we get fobbed off with various reasons as to why they can't do their job everytime.
212 GP is what is owed to us.
GB Bombardiers is our alliance.
Please help!

Yes, VZ got ripped as well. It was a back2back match and we won both wars. We never got the glory from the first war after countless cs emails.
