Video availability can vary from region-to-region, and is handled by an external partner.

My son plays ten meters from me, is this already another region?
And it has no problem
We do not live in Ny-Ålesund in Svalbard but in Geneva in Switzerland ...

In fact, the CS replied that IronSource is your partner and that you have to make a ticket, but after two weeks of sending tickets, nobody answers at your external partner

How many weeks is required for a response from your external partner?

My problem without solution celebrates its third week without solution Please, if someone to an idea I am taker Because its comence to be long and painful

Of course they can .. they have a partnership. If it is not working for customers then it does not reflect well on them. Fobbing people off with that excuse after 3 weeks and no response is a matter for which they should take ownership. After all they are raking money in from folks watching the movies and the whole thing is ad hoc ..you can go days without a movie. The customer has no clout whatsover so the partner can ignore.
