Server connection issues

Network Connection Error

I have spent two days trying to get on and play this game. At the load screen, I keep getting a Network Connection Error. I have tried using multiple Wi-Fi connections, and my mobile network. The problem is not on my connection. I cleared the cache, I cleared the data, and I have uninstalled and redownloaded the game. Nothing I do has worked. I sent an email yesterday to the support team, and received a pretty fast reply letting me know that my game issues have been resolved. Crowns were fixed, etc. None of the fixes seemed to state anything about my error. It makes me wonder if anyone even took the time to read my email before sending a generic copy paste reply. This is getting beyond frustrating, and you guys are close to losing me as a customer and player of this game. It is a shame too, because I was really starting to enjoy this game, but the lack of support and the lack of contact on your end is really an eye opener of what we're dealing with long term here. I would love to at least know if this issue is being worked on, or if this is only effecting a handful of us, so we are "low priority". I have also tried to upload a screenshot of my problem, like you guys ask of us, however that is also not working. It is literally the load screen with a network connection error. If you would like to see the screenshot, please refer to one of my emails that have been written off so hastily.

I'm having the same issue still have no response let's hope they fix it quickly this issues has been happening to some people for over a month.

I am having the exact same issue: Network Connection Error. After clicking the "Try Again" button, the loading screen is displayed and the progress bar loads about 1/5 of the way and then hangs. I have tried uninstalling the game and redownloading it from the Apple App store, but the results are always the same. This has been going on since Saturday.

Mine has been since one of the server maintenance times on Saturday night. Like I said, it would be nice to at least be acknowledged, or for someone to step in and say that they are aware of the issue and working on it. There's a ton of people on these forums alone with the same issue as us, however, they're working on this negative crown/free handout mess they've got themselves into. Hell, give my crowns to someone else, just let me play the game.

Its been since Sunday morning now. Still no reply from any of my emails, and the mods are silent in this forum. Customer service is solid around here.

I am having the same Network Connection Error and have been for about 48 hours. Glad I'm not the only one but would be interested in an update from a moderator/admin. Galaxy S4 with android 4.4.2

Ditto, using a Moto x - since yesterday morning (Tuesday Am) I can play when connected to Wifi network still, but exact same Connection error (retry twice into a frozen splash screen) when on H+ or LTE network. Emailed their Support yesterday and been watching these forums and facebook for more info - seems like there's very little support from Nexonm. Unfortunate that I spent a few bucks on this app and i enjoy playing it, but may abandon it soon. Missing out on timed quests and getting attacked without being able to do anything sucks! Clash of clans as fun?

I'm having the same issue. every time I load the game, I get network connection error and then when it tries again, it's stuck loading at about 15%. Been going on since Saturday.

glad to know I'm not alone. I've also not been able to load the game since Saturday and gotten the network not connect alert again and again when I'm clearly connected to the network for other games. I'm on an iPhone 5s. Screenshots attached. PLEASE help Nexon? way too many people are having this problem

also the first attachment is the network not connecting screen and the second is where it gets stuck on the loading screen every time. (exact same place)
