Network Connection Error
I have spent two days trying to get on and play this game. At the load screen, I keep getting a Network Connection Error. I have tried using multiple Wi-Fi connections, and my mobile network. The problem is not on my connection. I cleared the cache, I cleared the data, and I have uninstalled and redownloaded the game. Nothing I do has worked. I sent an email yesterday to the support team, and received a pretty fast reply letting me know that my game issues have been resolved. Crowns were fixed, etc. None of the fixes seemed to state anything about my error. It makes me wonder if anyone even took the time to read my email before sending a generic copy paste reply. This is getting beyond frustrating, and you guys are close to losing me as a customer and player of this game. It is a shame too, because I was really starting to enjoy this game, but the lack of support and the lack of contact on your end is really an eye opener of what we're dealing with long term here. I would love to at least know if this issue is being worked on, or if this is only effecting a handful of us, so we are "low priority". I have also tried to upload a screenshot of my problem, like you guys ask of us, however that is also not working. It is literally the load screen with a network connection error.
