Network Connection Error

I have spent two days trying to get on and play this game. At the load screen, I keep getting a Network Connection Error. I have tried using multiple Wi-Fi connections, and my mobile network. The problem is not on my connection. I cleared the cache, I cleared the data, and I have uninstalled and redownloaded the game. Nothing I do has worked. I sent an email yesterday to the support team, and received a pretty fast reply letting me know that my game issues have been resolved. Crowns were fixed, etc. None of the fixes seemed to state anything about my error. It makes me wonder if anyone even took the time to read my email before sending a generic copy paste reply. This is getting beyond frustrating, and you guys are close to losing me as a customer and player of this game. It is a shame too, because I was really starting to enjoy this game, but the lack of support and the lack of contact on your end is really an eye opener of what we're dealing with long term here. I would love to at least know if this issue is being worked on, or if this is only effecting a handful of us, so we are "low priority". I have also tried to upload a screenshot of my problem, like you guys ask of us, however that is also not working. It is literally the load screen with a network connection error. If you would like to see the screenshot, please refer to one of my emails that have been written off so hastily.

galaxy s3 JB official (ram 1GB) free memory 200mb, after playing dominations free 70mb and crash after 3-4 minutes
am i must root and cusrom this phone?

I'm using iPad mini 1st gen and it can't handle the game too - lag and crash. I think our devices don't have enough memory for this game.

I just started playing and this is my first forum post. The game is fun and I can see me playing it for a long time however the instability is ridiculous and may be a deal breaker. Today It crashed about a dozen times which I understand happens early on with new games, but seams like this game has been out far too long to have issues like this. Theres no way this game is so big it cant be played on an iPad mini. Plunder pirates, rival kingdoms, coc and more run fine but this game lags the entire time i play and crashes constantly. PP did this during the first week after global release and was quickly fixed. Any sense that the developers are on this? Certainly this cant be acceptable to everybody playing this game regularly.

Just saw that Dominations' app store page says this

DomiNations is optimized for iPads and iPhones generation 4S and newer

And yet I see reports of crashes on 4s.

2nd gen mini. No way this game is too much for it. I have to believe these issue can be fixed relatively quickly by the devs. Its too bad really.

Refund my money

Just about had enough of the game crashing while in the middle of a battle. It's now happening 7 out of 10 battles and I loose all of my troops which I would have kept if the game had not crashed - I don't even get my winnings sometimes. Also one of the challanges is impossible as it must keep resetting Have reported issue to you but you sent a standard response and I'm now fed up. Please refund my money spent of gems and I will delete this game. FYI this is happening on different wifi's and COC works perfectly well on my i phone so it's NOT a problem this wnd Thanks Adam P.s. Such a shame as there is loads of potential here

Guys I have requested my money back for my gems as no one will post a response on this issue, even if you contact them via the game you get a standard response If we all ask for the same thing then maybe just maybe an administrator might respond Failing this we should all contact apple (or whoever) and ask they get our money back This if course would not be necessary if we got a response!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Game not loading

Hello Fellas,

I've been trying to play the game for the last 2 weeks with no success.

I've played 3 days with no problems. Then I started to have a "network connection problem" and the game stopped the loading process always in the same moment.

I tried to reinstall and it did not work.
I installed another apk (1.2.38), also 1.2.52 and the last one in Play Store.

I accessed file manager on android and deleted everything about the game. I went to settings - applications - Dominations - I cleaned the cache and all game data.. reinstalled.
Nothing worked.
After deleted the game from file manager also, it started the game downloading packages but stopped in the same loading moment.

I have a good internet connection but I also tried 3G. My google account is correctly connected.

Any suggestion?

Yeah I crash at least once every 10 minutes. It would not be a terrible thing if you didn't lose all your troops the minute it crashes. Not only do I have to strategize for battles, I need to strategize for when the game crashes and I lose all the troops I have deployed.

I had the same issue 5 min ago, network connection error. I turned on airplane mode, then restarted my phone, then turned airplane mode off. Now everything works fine. Try it, you have nothing to lose, and posti if it was helpful.

Wow I've actually had my thread deleted I think it was because the title said please refund my money - this forum is as rigged as the game they really do not want to hear about all the issues but are willing to take our money Sorry administrators could you please tell me how i broke your rules???????? Your beyond funny now - GIVE BACK WHAT YOU ARE STEALING from us honest folk

It's now officially impossible to attack without the game crashing and all troops being lost, no reward. This basically makes the game redundant and pointless - all I want now is my money back Will you refund or do I have to go through the longer process through Apple???

Bunch of thieves... We put money on the game.. Then we insert posts on the forum complaining.. And they deleted the post that i made. I cannot Start my game. I have tried everything but nothing works.

Nearing the two week mark. I've moved on to Empires & Allies, and still play my Clash of Clans account. NEXON, you've really missed the mark on this game just by the support alone. You could have given Clash of Clans a real run for its money, too.
