Taking out FC with demos

I thought a global FC (4290 HP) could be taken out with 2 level 3 demos (2x2200) if not protected by fortification blessing. However today my demos did not take out FC. I don't think it was a cheater base so would appreciate advice on if I am missing something here. Or was I just glitched?

Danix den Andre I was wondering that too. But I have done that research and none of my wonders ( I don't have FC) show any HP increase

As the description mentioned, yes it does. By 22% without the wonder chapter.

In my first war against GA opponent I used 2 lvl 3 demolitions against a FC (as I was used to do in IA) and surprise, surprise, it was not enough. As per definition its hp is 4290 and two demolitions shall do a damage of 4400, so I was gutted. Checked the stats of an FC by our alliance members and it was 4290 without the Fortification Blessing and 5233 with the Fortification Blessing.
So during a war day I'm having the Fortification Blessing all the day - just in case Nexon has another bug...

With heritage and Fortification its 5662, that would be 4640 without fortification, I guess.

I think it is the heritage research. Have spoken to a few people in alliance now and that is the consensus. Have now upgraded demos to global and they take out FC every time in war

Bob, it' sur the heritage research. 2 levels 4 demos are still not enough. It's 4660 damage while FC HPs are 4719 with heritage. You need 3 to destroy it (or 2 + airplane that Will be sacrificed). FC is a monster wonder in high level war now.

JuDomines My global level 4 demos are 2530 each. So 5060 total is sufficient. Wonder boost? The new coalition tactics could make this insufficient though unless countered

Ok so the in game upgrade L3 to L4 of demolition screen from the armory is buggy. It says 2000 + 330.

You may be missing the war tactic bonus from the Library, that's why you need 3 demos. If there's something more than that going on, can you send me some screenshots?

Thanks for the clarification Seraphine. So recapping global level 4 demo with completed battle tactics will take out global FC with completed heritage. So that's good in war. It will not take out the same F C with fort blessing in multi player. Looking at war with the new coalition tactics I am thinking it will not take out FC protected by level 1 Egyptian coalition unless attack boosted with Mongol coalition (both boosting by 15%). And that's as far as I've got
