This is what happened to BGH & Nexon

This game's growth and demand became too much for BHG. They never anticipated this level of popularity (poor planning and leadership). They didn't have enough staff and resources, and Nexon should have provided them with more help/resources. This game has great concept, but poor execution, implementation and management. It's too bad many good legit players are quitting. So sad knowing that hackers/cheaters are better than BHG & Nexon.

P.S. I meant to type BHG in the title instead of BGH...

Very good observations. The bottom line is the game was developed cheaply. It should have been a server side game like Blizzards Hearthstone. Server side games are almost impossible to hack and when they are, they are easily fixed. It's very telling that Dominations is no where to be found on the top games list anymore on ITunes. Tremendous opportunity lost with this one.

Seriously? How on earth customer service can be of any help with AI issue? It's game designers the community needs to talk to in such case... At some point you guys should REALLY have a conversation with your customer base. And I talk about real Q&A on specific issue with specific answer. Not some vague answers that are low value and lead nowhere. In this forum you have the highly engaged players, those who really care. Some are crying every other post and that's very annoying. But it's because they are desperate that you guys finally hear them. Don't root them to "cut a ticket against customer service". That's too bad a story. (If i have to get a warning, penalty it even be banned for this comment, so be it)

Nexon is the publisher and BHG is the developer company.

It will be a classic case of "pass the message" if they try to relay...

Customer: "There is a huge problem with the A.I. The horsies run all over the places and keep hitting walls even if there is an opening." -> Nexon Mod: "Yo! BHG guys, there is a customer who complaint about your game A.I. and there is something wrong with the horses and walls." -> BHG fler: "Hey Devs, we've receive some complains about the horses and walls." -> Dev: *tests horses and see them breakthrough walls* "What's wrong? I can't see anything wrong." -> BHG fler: "I dunno, that's what the customer said" -> Dev: *closes case with WITH NO REPRO status."

Tickets to customer service will make it easyer to organize and let the right person reply/fix the problem ofc. I can understand its better to send in a ticket. Problem is the game got overrun by hackers. It is fun to see players like Armyvet65 who was a olf guild member telling he never uses cheats or bought crowns got to level 163 in 2 hours with maxed walls. That proves anti-cheat doesn't work yet and sadly some guys I played with stopped playing the game.

If you submit a ticket they can check the database and see if it is a known issue or bug or if it is working as intended...
If several of the same type of issue are submitted we can more easily track what device / OS, etc is having issues and all of that information is easily stored in one place for reference.
​Jumping around from one part of the forum to the next is not conducive to good bug tracking or good customer service.
We always hear you. Just because we follow protocols does not mean we are brushing you off!

Hi there, if you or anyone else has any insight whatsoever about what tools these guys are using please let us know. (Submit a ticket to CS.)
Thanks in advance. We are working really hard to track which tools are being used so we can eradicate cheaters and hackers.

I just went to Youtube and typed in Dominations and hack and there are 75,000 hits, full of tutorials and how to videos. Why can't you guys do that, and get to work.
