This latest bug is a game breaker. I've almost given up hope. The copy paste messages from the mods don't cut it. "thankyou for your patience.... Blah blah blah". This game is gonna go under unless there are some MAJOR changes immediately.

Servers under maintenance...hopefully be sorted still new game...i give em that. They do have to step it up a bit though if they wanna compete against Clash for Clans and the like

True but still have hope for the devs thinking that they're only busy with the game enhancement but lack of responsive moves through forums which also isn't a good sign with their success.. chill bro they got this, game still young and it's a common problem with new games later on they'll solve this. With these overflowing bug complaints I bet they're now hiring more people with a good talent in troubleshooting bugs. Just an opinion I hope they're still fine with these troubles and a server maintenance occurs as I speak.

My guess is BHG developers are doing all they can to iron out the issues of the community.

Give BHG a break. The server is back now with the medals/crowns restored.

Most games would just ignore all this especially it's over the weekends. Let's us work together and keep growing the Dominations.

Oda172, I think that's whatwhat's point. He is judging them on how they react to fix them. There has been little and poor response over the last six months.

I think this issue is not why people are upset, it's the getting close to the last straw after a number of issues with poor responses.

Atleast it seems to be fixed now and we do have to give them credit for there efforts in that regard . And it's not realy there fault they got there customer support training, from a phone company or dept motor vechials. But they have done what they said they would do, can't see them giving up on this game its attracting a lot of older players with large disposable incomes

Great concept, a lot of fresh ideas, weak balance, poor implementation. Tens Of thousands of free crowns delivered to so many players... - I cant imagine worse demotivator to play and pay and how it could happen at all with proper server architecture and normal QA. They could recover of course, but I played for weeks and finally decided to heavily invest in the game when this happened... Now, I'll probably will gift my clan to the lucky ones and quit.

players have recieved upwards of 50000 free crowns and others who paid for crowns got nothing and in some cases lost. I'm pretty sure that will be the end of the road for most heavy spenders.

What I guess is that the most of crazy amounts of free crowns were received by players who paid before. And those actually had negative crowns balance before, which actually might be equal to what they've spent money on with some glitch multiplier. So hot fix of negative crowns issue made it happen, but not for everyone, because they found a bug and launched new maintenance. If it was in range of thousands, they could forget about it and fix it with global bonuses to everybody. But since it's tens of thousands of free crowns equal to 500usd plus, they need to fix those players manually with two days rollback for them and let's say 5k crowns bonus. If they leave it as is, well... It was a nice try BHG.

Redgar: it has nothing to do with previously purchased crowns. I've bought 3600 got some 200 free, a friend of mine's not bought a single crown got 92000 crowns

Hmm... I could just analyze our clan stats. And the more people spent before - the more free crowns they got. But not everybody yes. The case with 92k's for a non-paying user ruins my theory, tho. But the main question is how they should deal with this... Leaving it 'as is' may not work now. It just was too global imo

Crowns and maintenance issues is one thing - that points to poor testing, poor management, poor quality controls.
Having a bug like that is very bad PR and screams of incompetence on their part.

However, a bigger secondary issue is inability to prevent rampant hacks/exploits/cheats esp on the Android platform.
Look at Supercell - very few cheats of the same nature (there are some exploits but not in same manner as Dominations).

This all says that Nexon is an amateur team compared to Supercell.
Sounds like they are in over their head.

The game has a lot of potential but until they get a handle on these problems, I'm not spending a dime.

im incredibly annoyed. its bad enough some players got a 6 month head start. and theres the ever present cheaters. and the players who spend $2000 or more(their money so whatever and they make these games possible). now we have players getting a free $750 worth of crowns
