Hey guys! I'm still getting my head around your latest patches and updates. It seems to me that your changes heavily favor defensive play, with strong bases easily able to defeat opponents who aren't willing (or able) to splash serious cash.
That suits me fine because I don't have time to chase 5*s for NTGs right now. So I'm just repeat looting with fast-build raider/engineer armies, to save up oil for research. I don't seem to get attacked much, even in WW. Although I have noticed that the few WW attackers that try, seem to get a very messy nose from full frontal attacks. Even with 8 elephant armies. So a genuine thanks for massively weakening the impact of EAs on WW. That needed to be done.
My question is on MRLs. I kinda asked this months ago, well before the last update, and your CS guys explained that the description text for MRL's was wrong.
Currently my MRL Mk1s show:
Hitpoints - 1,924
Damage per rocket - 1,452
Rockets per attack - 10
Attack speed - 5s
Range - 5
Training cost - 600
Taken at face value, that suggests MRLs now have 14,520 damage per attack (10 rockets x 1,452 damage per rocket). Although since an MRL can only attack every 5 seconds, divide by 5 to get damage per second, ie. 2,904 dps, which puts an MRL's attack strength about the same as a weaker heavy tank (which feels reasonable).
Is the MRL description text still wrong? Or do they genuinely attack with about 2,904 dps now...??
