Town Centre still standing , but battle & medals lost !?

Anyone else experience this ? I keep losing a battle with my town centre still standing often without taking any damage after being attacked . I have watched many replays and yes there are bugs/differences but nothing changes regarding the town centre , it remains standing and I lose including medals .

Is this a March 2016 bug ? Any advice ?

Could it be that the attacker got 50% descruction ?

You do not need to take down the TC for a victory.....
