Unexplained medals losses

Since the big server crash yesterday something must have happened again on the medal loss issues. It s hitting our entire alliance, log of the game, get attacked only once but lost hundreds of medals. I dropped by more than 200 since yesterday but only got -46 reported due to 2 battles, I haven't done any attacks since then, so no wrong result issue for sure, but I lose without ground...can some of the nerds and noobs with Nexon fix the crap of game they currently have out before asking for any money again?

Today I lost some medals out of nowhere too and came here for an anwser (don't care for it, just want to now what happened) but this thread only confuses me.
Didn't get attacked the whole day, also didn't let the pre battle timer expire without attacking, I may or may not have logged off after only scouting and I did not crash at any point. Defense logs are empty for today and the resources are still there...

Whether people have believed me or not l can't say - l just know I've been saying it for weeks - now lots of others are voicing their frustrations ..... if people can get compensation well good luck to them.

I believe you! It really happened... It did! It could be happening to me too for all I know but I don't pay attention to medals much. I just lost a bunch on purpose last night because I suddenly noticed I was almost to kindgom league

No... True heartfelt sympathy What... it didn't come off that way? But all joking aside I understand your frustration. Lots of people are and I was too before I stopped caring about medals. I guess that was my point. They build medals up in this game to be the end all be all but really what does it get you? Ok maybe some extra resources in the higher leagues but then theres too much food and people complain about that too. But the medal ranking list means nothing... It's hardly complete and is riddled with people who cheat to get them. The medals are devalued in that itself. Meanwhile the hard working player scratches his way up the medal bracket only to have the medals taken away by cheaters or some mysterious glitch. I was tired of being involved in all that and since I've taken the plunge into medal obscurity I am a much happier camper Just sayin

Believe it or not, despite my fight with Nexon, I'm not actually hunting medals. Once l got over 2400 l found it quite easy to stay here. One match for 12+ medals and then a loss for -1 with 8hrs peace means I'm hovering here without any fuss at all. I did promise my Brits l would go back to 1000-ish once l got my tanks upgraded so I'm heading there in 1 more day.

My fight with Nexon is just ...... idk .....I just don't want the big corp to win. Guess l like the black knight on his valiant charger slaying the mighty dragon scenario!!

I'm incredibly frustrated about this... Went to bed sitting at 1930.. woke up after having been attacked once for -2 medals. My home screen says I am sitting at 1,837, yet in the my alliance list it shows 1,870. Right now, at the same exact time. TBH, normally i don't care about medals, I just end up where I end up. But this is the 5th time it's happened to me when I'm trying to crest 2k for the bonus achievement and it's is driving me nuts. CS hasn't even responded once yet.... sure I will get the same response even with screenshots...

no explanation.. no compensation... nothing... par for the course

between this and the lost war a couple days ago....truly truly exasperated.. I love this game and community so much... but sheesh, enough is enough.. just can't believe almost 2 months has gone by on most of this stuff... yet flamethrowers and new units are continually being pushed down on a weekly basis... when major major issues such as the network disconnect, mysterious vanishing medels and the alliance "road to nowhere" search haven't been addressed since 4.0...

the prioritizing of issues is just mind-boggling..

I just lost 100 medals, in the last hour or two. I haven't had done a multiplayer attack in 24 hours, and just one defense for -10. Been under peace treaty almost the whole time. The only attacks I've made today are two war attacks for wins. It's frustrating lol.

The first thing I look at while going into an attack is the Xp rank of the player, medals dont even come into it cause of all the above rubbish we are subjected to.

I am currently on a 3 day peace treaty which started before war day. I currently have 2544 medals recorded on my tc page. The only thing that has happened was a war battle which I lost...grr. However my Alliance medal count is showing 2499 now as if I lost in a normal battle and not a war. I have reported it with screen dumps. It seems this has happened to our alliance co leader. You are not supposed to lose medals from war. The whole thing is messed up.

If people are losing medals beyond the original issue that started this post ie: accidentally starting the battle timer but ending the battle before deploying troops - then there is something seriously wrong - even beyond what we've known to this point. And if people are losing medals in war .....???!
