War Academy has instant finish option when nothing is in queue

I observed this AFTER the recent update. It seems to pick up another building that has items in queue. In my case, my war academy is next to one of my barracks that was training troops. I can see the amount of crown decreases over time as more troop queue shortens.

But I select my War Academy that has nothing in queue. Make no sense to have an instant finish button.

Or in a barracks is one of those bars at the top animating to show something building?

I guess a snapshot to clarify is best ...

The instant button appears on any offensive building as long as you have something being built, irrespective of whether you are training/researching it in that building.

So you have no tactic being researched but barracks building troops and it will appear in the war academy, factory etc... It's not a bug, it's intended

I replicated this. But, I also got a confirmation that I wanted to spend the Crowns. I'll hand this to QA. I'll be putting together a Known Issues post at the top here, and update it as wek go.
