War Loot Still Not Fixed

Hi there, according to the sticky it says that the issue with not getting war loot has been resolved, however, it's been about two hours since the war we were in ended and I didn't get any loot in my command post. I actually wasn't aware this was even a bug until I looked it up on the forums. Does anyone have a fix for this? Has anyone experienced the same issue since the sticky has been updated as it had been fixed?

We just won our war and no one in my alliance got war loot. Looks like its a widespread issue and it's getting serious. So frustrating this is the 3rd time happened to me. Ironangel

More than that if you consider all the food you spent to train not only your troops, but troops you donated, tactics you trained, etc. This is unacceptable, especially to those of us dumb enough to pay you guys money. Fix this friggin crap already! How hard can it be?

I told the devs this is why I haven't spent a dime on their game and why I probably won't ever and their response to my message was to close the ticket, this was after dealing with a week or two of having it open and trying to get them to compensate the missing loot lol. Their customer service maybe bad but on the bright side, it's not as bad as Machine Zone's customer service who will outright tell you in a rude way this is the last message you will get as all other messages will be ignored ect....I think Nexon is second in terms of horrible customer service lol

Same here. A few guys in my alliance got nothing after the war ended and we won the war.
Today I defeated 2 guys, supposed to get 1900 oil each but I got 0.
Can you please fix these bugs?
I have contacted CS with a screenshot but no response.
This is demoralizing and a real downer

It happend to me twice in the last three wars I was in. In one we won and the other we lost, so yeah it's a widespread issue that should have a high priority into getting fixed. Since there is no war ranking system loot is the only reason to have war.

How explain chat bug now exist more then one year and never patched? Loot never patched to? What happened with developer? We want know the true! It is like I invited some friend to play poker and some time they win but they don't get they loot. Play poker with friend it is free too. But it is very frustrating if we play to came all time angry. Then don't invite us to play your game fully buggy. That make us more angry then make pleasure!

The last maintenance didn't do anything. War loot is still missing. I had a war ended in that 24h period that they were suppose to address, and another war ended last night, and I got no loot from either. So this issue is not fixed at all.

Chat is not fixed, cheaters are still in the game, reported them many times, they´re even in the leaderboard, game crashes, troop AI is broken and so on. Did they fix any of this? No, they just implemented even more things in the game like this Dojo thing. I really like the game but why in all that is holy don´t they fix what´s broken before releasing new stuff?

Hey guys, we fixed the war loot issue over the weekend and have restored the loot to those affected. If by today you still have not yet received your loot from your most recent war (especially if it ended between Friday - Sunday), please let CS know so we can track the scope of the issue.

I did and nobody even bothered to reply. And why do you claim you fixed the issue, when clearly you did not. Just to clarify, I did not get loot from last two wars, one ended on Friday, second on Sunday.

I got the loot from the other war and probably from a war a few weeks ago where I didn't get loot...mexcept now the loot is stuck and I can't collect it. I have the package icon in my command post and each time I click to collect it I get the prompt and when I click OK nothing happens. I opened a ticket with CS due to this. The only reason I'm guessing why it won't let me collect it is because I'm gunpowder age and have attacked people in enlightenment and managed to steal oil from them. I know the war loot has oil in it because someone hit me in regular multiplayer and managed to steal some oil so with nowhere for oil to go it won't let me collect the package. Please make sure the devs are aware of this and can somehow put in a safeguard where gunpowder cannot take oil because now I fear when we win today's war I won't be able to get today's loot either due to this.

I also have the same problem. The war ended last night and 432k of loot seems to have disappeared. This is a bit frustrating. I really love the game and I can only urge you to please fix this annoying bug.

Any help or information would be much appreciated.

men this game become to sucks i have 2 war loot missing and +2 war attack mising and for 48h i send dozen suport message with photo but i get same reply that wil be fixed for 24h.
in basicly i attack 1 times and game count like 2 attack in both end is same we win and my loot is missing like this

Nexon support is a joke. Fought 5 wars where I got either no loot or partial loot due to bugs. Every message to the asks for patience but after several weeks they obviously can't figure it out.

same thing i lost to much for last3 world war 1mil wining(1mil for lost attack) and get sily reply we are sorry and we will fix for 24h but i my case . 7day 5 day and last 3 day so 24h is joke
