What attacks zeppelins?

Not sure if this be here or in Ideas/Suggestions but shouldn't forts and my town centre (im japan) be able to attack them? Did nexon just mess up again or is it not suppose to?

Air defense, towers, redoubts, and forts/castles attack air units. Japan's TC doesn't. No ground units do either.

Shouldn't a Japanese TC attack Air troops because it's essentially a tower

Your right, it should but doesn't, you could suggest this change to CS.
