WHERE IS MY CROWNS??? ANOTHER PROBLEM AGAIN CAN'T BELIEVE THIS

I have just bought a package of 2500 crowns but I did not receive them where is my crowns???????????

I cannot believe the amount of bugs there is and the problems I had allready with this Game, first I lost my base and was level 38 and was all of a sudden a level 20 with a crappy base then I spend money and time on crowns and started over with that crappy level 20 base to upgrade to where I was again witch took me almost 2 weeks I could have been level 55-60 at this stage now I am only level 44, and then my 2nd Wonder is totally gone can't even build one and now I did not receive my 2500 crowns that I just bought now?

After you lost your base you decided to spend money on glitched account? I hope support will help you out. You shouldn't accept less than 50.000 free crowns as a bonus ;)

At least apple support gets back to you ASAP they have just refunded me for my crowns, I do not now why nexomn support does not come back to you at all, first with my crappy base that was 3 weeks ago still had not any help for that, and now my 2nd wonder is missing and are still waiting for response.

Filling out an in-game ticket is crap sorry mate. Ive filled out 6!! I have NOTHING back! Just some lame computer mass typed rubbish saying theyre fixing it. Its really bad service. I for one wont be spending anymore money on this 'game' and I suggest no one else does either, you'll just lose your cash >:|

I have submitted 3 tickets already, no response whatsoever. Stop talking crap and do something to fix whatever you stuffed up by your server reset. I have lost my 5 days shield after few hours due to your reset, no crowns returned, all the shields are in cool down even they were not used fully and now I'm loosing all the gold I have been working on for past few weeks. You giving to some players thousands of crowns and some didn't see any. Again how is that possible?

How did you get a refund from apple. I paid for 6500 crowns but i didn't get them. I really need help since they don't care to answer to my mails at the support centre.

If you have already submitted a ticket, please note that it can take up to 24 hours to receive an initial response due to ticket volume and other unforeseen circumstances. If there are tickets that you have submitted and are being marked as resolved, and you feel that is in error, please note that you can respond to the ticket to reopen it and request further customer support.

When will I get my 2nd Wonder back it has been 4 weeks since a lost my base to a lower level base and no one helped me so I just continued playing with this lower level base and are happy with my base now but are still waiting for this 2nd Wonder problem to be fixed???

Breath in, breath out. Come to the realization that I finally did that submitting too many in game tickets was frowned upon. Posting too many times about your issue on the forums will only only be met with a lecture. The more frustrated you become, the more likely you become to be lectured on civility by the company who has taken your money and appears not terribly interested in giving it back. Your fix is to contact the vending platform that offers the game and ask for your money back from them, in this case, either Apple or Google Play, they facilitate in app payments for these games and really seems to care. Once I did this, suddenly my in game issue was a top priority, but it was a bit too late - I chose the I want my money back option and deleted the game. Shame, as I truly liked it. Now I've downloaded it again and play for free; much more tedious, but when I'm hit with a bug, I don't freak out so much. Zen is all.
